Zogo: Get paid to learn

i was starting to like this app a lot. i got a $5 gift card with no problems. Now i have enough for a $10 gift card and now i have to verify my account?... i have to upload a picture of my drivers license and when i try to all im getting is errors cant upload. i am truly disappointed i can't even get my gift card without going through this process. i will be deleting this app.

I had enough for 10 dollar. I am not comfortable to give my ID for that however. I am not a fake account but this way of verifying accounts is like a way to scam people last minute who do not know about this. I worked hard for that, I would like to be paid like the app said, but no... Unless you will give them a personal ID. Please do not download! :(

they're lying. They only just now in may reached out to me via a response to my review of their identity theft promoting app. I had to get someone from my bank to contact whoever owns the app through my Banks marketing person in order to resolve this issue. Despite repeated emails I was never contacted by the app. It took 2 weeks and third and fourth parties before I was able to get the identity theft issue resolved. Do not use this app or your data and identity will be at risk

This app is great. Though you have to learn a lot to earn a little, it's still paying you to learn. It explains things with cute little pictures sometimes real life pictures or pictures with the little mascot pineapple. In the end it gives you a test that isn't super hard but still makes sure you got the jist of the lesson.

This app is good, however, I'm very angry at the pineapple party system. Not only does it not let me take it immediately at 9 but it makes me wait hours before I can take the quiz. This makes my pineapple amount less because of reasons. It really sucks and I really hope someone can change this.

Great for learning, but so far the gift cards have never been in stock. Did this for two days straight to earn enough pinapples for the $5 gift card and havent actually gotten the opertunity to redeem any. Very disappointed in that aspect of the app, but I have learned a few things.

Cool way to earn free gift cards for learning about different subjects. Would like to see more varied subjects of study. This app is legit.

I really enjoy this app. I am still waiting for a gift card I redeemed on Sunday. I get automated emails saying that someone will contact me In 24 to 48 hrs but no response. Bummer because it was an enjoyable and educational app.

In case nobody noticed, points earned are slowly decreasing. In the past if you get 100%, you earned about 104 or 109 points. Now, I got 68 pts after getting 100%.

So, I was required to give at least one star to write this review. It's a great tool to learn the importance of taking control of your finances, but it isn't worth the time and effort because it will never pay out. None of the gift card rewards are ever available.

A first, it sounds like a great app thats the reason i gave it a 4. But it wont let me enter my birth date. I try to contant the website but again it dosent work. So I ask if you can fix this

For 3 days I've tried to contact someone and got no response. 3 days I've tried to redeem points and been unable it keeps saying to review my account and come back in 27 hours, day after day after day. I've sent multiple emails nobody responds

very frustrated. I have logged on at midnight est every day for the last 2 weeks because that is when it says new gift cards are posted and it still reads 0 left for every single last one. So now I'm stuck with $10 worth of pineapples and nothing I can redeem it for unless you wanna redeem it for an offer that would be free on any other website but they decide here to charge you 50-200 pineapples for it like opening an acorns account. so lame. DO NOT RECOMMEND

app itself is fine, the material you can learn is cool, but it says my account "verification failed" and i emailed zogo support but got no response, now i can't get gift cards when i have over 15,000 pineapples :(

Not good when you install an app and the "get started" button results in an error. And then the sign in button asks for your phone number but also results in error. Makes me really concerned for stability for those who actually can get logged in...

good app for learning finance but for rewarding you for learning!!.. well, that's a questionable thing to take a min for. You are restocking giftcards every midnight!.i don't see them but then after a few days i got into the app and saw a lonely 5$ gift card. I redeemed it. And got it thanks, but i tried to redeem a 10$ gift card today and after you updated the app .. but i never got anything. I hope you will contact or fix this issue. Buy the way, support is too lazy to answer or too busy.

i finally was able to access Zogo, I was on the waiting list as of July 21, 2021 i believe and I got an email saying something about getting through the waiting list sometime in late Feb/early March 2022. Now that i an access it, I love it, it's extremely helpful. I am learning quickly about a lot of stuff that school has not taught me, thank you!

Amazing app, they teach you how to be financially responsible and give you gift cards for learning! Well laid out and easy to use. Quizzes aren't too hard, as long as you pay attention. I feel like I finally can understand all the subjects. Hat's off to the developers and their staff. You have a great app here.

great app to learn about ur money and banks and bank accounts plus investments and real estate pretty much everything with money and u can make some money to its a pretty good app

Below is my previous review. I'm changing it because, after a month and a few days, I finally got my gift cards. The app is really good for learning about finance. ___________________________________ Don't bother doing this for some extra $, they never send you the gift cards you're owed for redeeming pineapples, and customer support is nonexistent. If you try to reach out to them, you get an automatic reply with the promise of a real reply in 1-2 days. Yeah, that doesn't happen.

Seemed nice but now asks me over and over to verify I'm not a bot. I clicked the captcha multiple times but it rejects it. Oh well.

I just started a little bit ago but so far I like it I am learning some stuff if you really get money out of it and you learn about financial stuff this would be really nice

This app is very informational and makes learning fun, but that's about it. I just earned enough to get a $5 gift card but then I somehow logged out of my account. I haven't been able to get back in so I contacted customer service, their reply was I should hear back in about two business days. It's been nearly two weeks and I still haven't heard anything back. Maybe some day I'll receive a response and am able to get back into my account.

I like the idea behind the app. The info learned from the quizzes is beneficial. However, I am turned off by how the creators handled the situation surrounding the app's launch. It was initially fairly easy to earn rewards & they were obviously not prepared for the influx of referrals. It was then made to where one would have to spent countless hours on the quizzes to earn any incentives. It has since made minor improvements. More improvements are still needed.

I love how you can take financial concepts and make them into bite sized lessons. The little quizzes are great, they don't feel punishing and they include a little survey in the end of each quiz. If you have a question for why or how the answers to the quiz are the way they are, they have a little reference after you've answered. The only problem I've seen was sometimes the references are cut off, so I hope they expand or include a scroll feature for the text. I love how it's completely free.

Interesting concept. The material is basic, at a middle or high school level. The layout looks like Duolingo but it's confusing to figure out how to advance modules. It would take about an hour to ninety minutes to earn a $5 gift card. Update: the daily objective is gone. Earning gift cards is no longer an option. There is a pop up that aggressively gets you to trade 10,000 hard earned points to compete with others or you can't earn more points. Finally deleting this app.

Just another app that decided to ruin it's self with unnecessary updates. Now you need to put the last 4 digits of ur SSN to get a gift card 🤥💩💩🤥 don't fell for its scam.

This app is good but when i tried to verify my account it said verification failed and I've tried everything please fix this zogo i am starting to get sad and i am tryna to redeem a gift card

The app is great itself but there's a bug or glitch where it wouldn't mark your lesson as completed and it would not let you go forward to the next one, it just gives you the same one over and over. I already moved to different modules and it has the same problem and it's irritating. Update: It's literally so bad that its gotten to the point where I don't even get pineapples and it sometimes takes 20+ pineapples from me. Please fix your app it's literally so frustrating.
