How to start a remote session:
Step 1: Download and install the Zoho Assist - Customer app.
Step 2.a: The technician will send you an email containing an invite to the remote session. Click the link on the email and open it with the Zoho Assist - Customer app to get your remote support session started.

Step 2.b: Instead of sending you an invitation link, the technician can additionally send you the session key directly. Open the Zoho Assist - Customer app and enter the session key to start the remote support session.
Step 3: After your consent, the technician will remotely access your device to provide support. The technician will additionally be able to chat with you securely. Touch the back button (either on the top-left or the native back button) to end the session anytime.
Unattended access:
Incase you wish to give unattended access to your technician, enrol your device with a a single click using the deployment link. Your technician will share the link and can access the device anytime without any effort from your side. Additionally you can enable or disable the enrolment temporarily or permanently remove unattended access permission for the device.

I've been using this product for 3 years and I love both the products and the stellar customer support
If a legit company uses this then it would be good, but when scam artists use it then it is bad. I wish I took the time to read some reviews before downloading this app & I fell victim to the Amazon scam. I am glad to see some people did look at reviews before downloading and didn't get scammed. One suggestion I have is put a warning sign with the word Amazon next to it so people like me would stop & think. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way read before downloading.
I just got scammed today because this app allowed my phone to be hacked. All I was trying to do was cancel a subscription from Amazon Prime. I was fleeced 1000+ dollars as they were able to access my netbank. I've learned a valuable lesson and also learned, thanks to my bank, that no subscriber will ever call you....legitimate service providers will only email.
Paid good money to be able to support family smartphones, but the zoho Android app cuts off any of the options to agree or decline for remote sessions. This is on a samsung galaxy note 10. One of the most common and premium flagship type devices and they can't even render the app properly. Debating asking for refund and look at other providers. At first I thought it was a great tool, but there are way too many little cludgy bugs. Feeling very annoyed and cheated out of $400+ for just 1 tech
Scammers use this service. Called and wanted me to download this app to help me cancel my amazon prime subscription (which I don't have). Didn't know my name or address. Eventually hung up on me because I asked if they could verify my details to make sure they had the right person!
A person called claiming that someone made a big purchase on my Amazon account. He was trying to get me to download this app so they can steal info. Don't allow them to take over you device. I think this app needs to find a way to add more security. Not just allow anyone to use it. I cant blame the app for what others do but please add some other safety nets for customers. While the guy was trying to play me, I heard so many guys in th background trying to draw others in. Be careful please.
Most of the time this is a five star service. Other times, like this morning, you can not login to the system. It says it will send you a code through your text number -- but does not. I am more than a little disturbed by the calls wanting access to your system. This tells me this company might not be reputable.... or have full control over its software!! BEWARE!!! FIND SOFTWARE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS WHEN YOU NEED IT!!!
I want this off my phone and can't remove it , people can scam you and get in your phone and move about using this app. It's for scammers
I almost got scammed by an suspicious NOT Amazon phone call twice in one day 1st saying that my yearly subscription of $90 odd$$ is going back into my account. 2nd time someone was buying a $1000+ phone & that I should press 2 to stop the transaction & that I need this App to on my phone to get numbers to Stop the transaction. As if. They kept calling me to continue as I told them I'll look into it on my end, they were very aggressive and pushy, to the point I had to Report & Block them.

Scammers are posing from Amazon Prime to "cancel your subscription" are using THIS app to have admin control of your phone. They did it to mine!!! Lost $360 to try to cancel a $99.95 subscription that I never even had!
Your app is being used to commit fraud. I didn't install this app and now I can't uninstall it. I neither want or need your service.
STOP Scammers !!!!! Be aware, this app is used by scammers. Two days ago someone was pretending to be Amazon customer support and convinced me to install it. They are professional scammers, they will ask you to install this app to help you with refunds. I believe developers of this application should come up with protection. I hope someone will see this review to protect from bad guys.
Obviously this is a very effective app. The people pretending to be Amazon support knew what they were doing! I couldn't have got the app off my phone without the developers help. Even Samsung 's Smart tutor could not do it. My greatest thanks to the developer for his help.
I'm a business user of Zoho. My business Rightclick Computer Repair uses Zoho to enable me to repair my customers computers or help them when there stuck. Zoho is not a scam company it's the scammers that are using this brilliant software. To con people out of money which is out of Zoho hands. Very good remote software for the value of money. But dangerous in the wrong hands. Little advise if companys owe you money or you owe them, they will always send you a letter by post to confirm.
The scammers are still at it saying they from Amazon Security and my mobile was hacked and a suspicious amount on my account yeah dont have Amazon. Asked to download this app luckily caught on. Reported the link to Cybersecurity.
This app is used by telephone scammers. If anyone calls you claiming to be your Internet service provider or bank and asks you to install this app then hang up. It has an interesting feature called "unattended access" which could help them wipe out your bank account.
It works with Chromebooks, but only for screen share. Cannot give zoho support the ability to take control of the screen to troubleshoot.
Ok for troubleshooting. Degrades performance of device. Installed to allow Zoho agent to get screenshots for specific problems. App was such a memory hog it virtually bricked my Galaxy A12. Forced to uninstall. Removing is also difficult. First app must be deactivated before removal.
DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! SCAMMERS USE THIS APP TO STEAL ALL UR PERSONAL INFO! Claimed they were amazon support helping me out on big charges to my prime account, but I fell for it & they cleaned out my whole bank account & maxed out my amazon credit card 😱🤬ðŸ˜
Had been using TeamViewer but the cost was astronomical. Changed to Zoho because of cost. Quality of Zoho product is inferior: - Screen refresh is often very poor - App loses connection too often - Mouse control often freezes Good aspects: - Useful control over unattended access to multiple PC's by multiple users I use Zoho on a daily basis and unfortunately it's just not good enough.
Scammer alert lost 60k to them don't use this app
