Lacking most features. Can't see links to appts to share, can't change any settings, etc. Pretty much only able to view already booked events (which isn't helpful when it's already sync to a calendar anyway). Without a mobile site, this is a key function of this product.
Really wish I could use this app but it just says "failed to load ZML" on the dashboard. I can view existing appointments but I can't add any new ones or do anything else through the app. Really hope ZOHO can fix this as it would be super valuable for me as I don't have any way of managing bookings via mobile and it's a hassle to always go to a computer.
Is zoho bookings not included with the Zoho one apps? The website says my trial ends in 15 days and to upgrade for month to month it's an additional $20 a month...also can't access the app it says there is an error you click send feedback and then the app crashes
The initial feedback is great. Loving it. Hope with time the team will sort out minor irritants. Overall great
I'm about done with Zoho apps. Everything they make seems to be an afterthought. They've even managed to make their CRM much less user friendly than it used to be and less functional in many ways. Too bad.
needs work. needs better management of calendars. should be able to use ical feed to block appointments. waiting for Zoho desk integration.
Woah! Needs a UI/UX designer ASAP. Love Zoho. Zoho needs to perfect AI test automation and reporting before go live. It will eliminate bugs with near perfect FAQ content, created when bugs or user issues get resolved.
Handy app to keep appointments. It will be good if UI is sleek and simple.
This app need to be able to be linked to zoho mail so the calendars and appointments can be synced together

Couldn't get past sign in. Goes to zoho accounts, OTP entry then stuck right there. Uninstalled.
They are contantly improving, getting better with every update. We use this daily.
Useless if it can't connect connect and sync with my Google calendar.
it's brilliant for basics but anything more complex is lacking.

No live support dont waste ur money like me .. they reply on emails after days and days .. Very string ser ice but very poor support that let u end by just wasting ur money .. Even when i sent an email c9mplaining they did t answer me

In some ways the mobile app is better than the website and vice versa. So far, everything seems to work perfectly. The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to edit the customer's booking page. I'd like to change the welcome message, maybe the colors or add a few images, and I'd really like to add descriptions to my services/classes. If descriptions can be added, I'll change my rating to 5 stars. I can live without the rest.
