Easy to use app. The UI is clean. However, few major issues are still there such as, attachments needs atleast 1-2 hours to open. They don't open in mobile app. Along with screen sharing, remote control would be a good to have
Great app for communication with your colleagues! Simple and effective! Can manage all your needs like screen share, meeting, audio call or video in the single space! Loving it 😍 Though the audio call option is not working via mobile!(not sure if it is happening only in Android or in IOS as well)it would be great if the bug is rectified! It would also be great if applying for leaves can also be synced with cliq(if that is possible)like check in and check out option for attendance is available!
Extremely slow and very laggy. It freezes all the time. The voice call feature is extremely poor and doesn't work half of the time. But in comparison, the Video call feature is completely useless and I'd prefer Zoom/Skype instead. Screen sharing is laggy compared to other apps like zoom and Skype. Unfortunately, the desktop app is plagued with the same issues and is more worse than the android version. A sincere request to the team to have this app fixed.
A wonderful app for team collaboration and communication. For more than 2 years, we were using WorkChat (from Facebook) as our core communication app. It costs is hefty $75 per month! Then, I came across Zoho Cliq App and I was astonished of the quality and features of this app. Most of the features that are paid in WorkChat are free in Zoho Cliq. And three paid version is not costly at all. So, we cancelled our subscription in WorkChat and moved to Zoho Cliq!
App is little slow in terms of searching and listing of the data, contacts, unable to accept it he incoming calls via cliq instead the phone keeps ringing
All of a sudden the application stopped pushing notifications, unless I personally open Cliq before I can get to see new messages.
One of the worst experience I have ever faced while using this cliq. Every second day I need to update this... Even after that too it doesn't work...
Cliq has to improve much in notification and running speed, much lagging while using, never show message notification and call while receiving, after opened the app, all get active and shows message and call received, Worst app for daily use, improve it soon
Helo @zoho team, I have faced very bad experience ,when I was try to open the cliq it automatically closed the application.It closed again & again so I have faced very bad experience..
All good but there is sometime notification issue...still facing the same...I have troubleshoot it.. cannot resolve..I have re-install the same
Recently started crashing alot once it happens, app doesn't open. Needs a device reboot for proper operation.
It's a great tool to use for our team and anyone else who decides to use it. I haven't had any problems thus far. I receive my notifications compared to other apps I have used.
Not able to send or receive messages in a messaging app. Great. Team zoho kindly resolve
It is a nice application for business and for collaboration between team members but the voice messages in android app don't work fine. It has glitches and sometimes the recorded message be not clear.
So much better than Slack! Using the rest of the Zoho suite with this app has been fantastic for communication and task management.

Easy search and usage. Pretty slow and no read receipt found.
The app is pretty good, but there are a few issues with it. It runs very slow, scrolling is choppy, and when sharing a link to a chat from an external browser it takes forever to load in. I am using a brand new LG G8, the phone is fast, it's the app that has an issue. A major improvement that can be made is for the voice notes to autoplay from one to the next instead of having to click on each one. A nice feature to add would be the option to play the vn by 2x speed, like in telegram.
1. Sometimes opening an image takes two or three seconds. 2. Bringing the read receipt (blue tick) in mobile app would be a lot more convenient. 3. Not getting notification right away. 4. Messages are not sent Sometimes. Since this is a work collaborative app, this requires immediate attention. The other day, I sent an urgent message and came out of the app in rush and later I was enquired why didn't I send that message. So, please fix this ASAP.

Best professional messaging app supports all kinds of file transfer without any file compression works both in mobile as well as PC without any lag or bug.
still its a very good chat app, there are some issues. 1. notification not showed in real-time in Redmi phones. 2. while making video calls, its not showing to receiver about the incoming call while the user is not inside the cliq app. 2.1. some times call is not at all connected ( it shows "user in other call", still user not using phone). 3. no option to disable vibration, while sending the message. 4. read receipt may be included (like blue tick in WhatsApp).
When Yahoo messenger quit, we analyzed many and this was one of two that seemed to have everything we needed. It's way better than Yahoo was. I love the search feature across all conversations to find info on a subject in the past. It's great on the smart phone when out of the office. Group chats are so helpful. Love it. Also customer service excellent.
Great app snd it perfectly fits into our business needs. We are using it for 2 and half years in our company. However as for remote working, there is one thing lacking which is very important - the activity tracker (keyboard/mouse) and its analytics. The video feed feature is there but for some organizations like us, it is intrusive and we do not want to make our employee uncomfortable. Having tracker feature added will make this app really all inclusive. Hope Cliq team pays attention to it.
I'll give you a 5/5 when you allow the user control over the work timer, just as in the desktop version, and when you fix the ongoing issue with message notification sounds not playing when messages arrive. (Yes, I've already been through all the official troubleshooting tips, and all the unofficial tips from all the other users experiencing the same issue. The problem is definitely on your side)
This app really is too far away from something like Slack or Flock. 1. App notifications don't really work, only works mostly when the app is open or in backg 2. Upload & download speeds are terribly slow. Most times download doesn't work on phone 3. Needs integration to zoho apps like Sprints, Projects 4. Needs a ton of more app integration 5. The functionality of the UI isn't slick and smooth it laggy It really needs an overhaul. 6. You can't delete a message someone sent you. That's so crazy.
Not very user friendly, meaning that it's not intuitive at all. It's a unsuccessful imitation of WhatsApp. The camera is not immediately accessible to use, only one photo can be taken and sent at a time, there's always a delay with opening the app. I only use it because it's required by my organization, but in general I prefer to use WhatsApp because it's much more user friendly.
The only feature missing is multiple login option. Just like a mailbox. I own 3 businesses and all are using zoho. However, I can add them all on the mail app and access mails on phone easily. But the cliq mobile app, allows only one single login. Can't shuffle between different accounts. Adding a feature to shuffle accounts from one app will elevate the app to next level. Do consider!
Have not used the mobile version very much and will rate again once experienced.
Been a really good experience, alot more feature filled than I expected with bot integrations and user privileges. It's easy to get started and does a great job at centralising comms. Only issue I found a bit frustrating on the Desktop app side was the hard limit on longer messages. Tells me I should rather send it as a file. Sometimes I just want to update a team with a few touch points on a channel so that it's easy to read. Limit is too low there. Haven't run into the same usecase on the app
