All good and well, but when on a lead page, and the screen orientation changes. It reverts back to the previous page and does not remember the lead page
Absolutely great. The world of Zoho is fulfilling all wishes for any companys software. And for a little price. Good to have a Zoho Partner when setting it up. We didn't and it works too, but we change now many things. Could be easier when you take the time.
Validating for several minutes at a time for numerous entries has become untenable. This app was so much better before the most recent update and it's almost become unusable.
Great app. Big help on the road. Guys if the app freezes clear your cache from several apps including this one. Just a tip I figured out
Can't copy&paste info from other apps such as contact name, email, etc. My company doesn't allow an integration with Outlook so all info has to be manually entered. Need to copy&paste for the app to be useable.
Best CRM i ever used. Have everything which one needs. Free version provides end numbers of features. Simply awesome. Thanks to zoho team for such great software, that also in free. 🙏
Importing contacts has been a nightmare. The only thing I downloaded this app is to manage my contacts. Which I cannot.
After contacting support they updated the app to address the problems I was facing in a very short time frame. Very impressive. I've adjusted the rating and will further adjust after using it for a while. Old review: Crashes whenever I try to log in. Completely unusable.
Horrible. Even difficult to find where is english
We need to download or sync the records almost every day and some times multiple times a day. This is not a good experience.
Not easy to use and synchrony with Zoho CRM Desktop and other applications
Zoho CRM is OK, the app seems extremely clunky. Don't be tempted to invoke the 2 factor authentication on the PC - it only asks you to authenticate very rarely which means you forget about it when you change your phone and then you simply can't get in. In fact it asks you to authenticate yourself on the authenticator which you can't get to because you're not authenticated. Worse than useless. And then support promises to get back to you and doesn't.
Very cluttered, most of the content on your screen at any given point is not relevant. Biggest issue - when someone responds to the form on my website it goes directly into the Zoho CRM... But the app doesn't give me a notification. This is incredibly annoying. Edit - they responded asking me to 'elaborate on my issue via email'. I think I was specifically clear. Too cluttered, and doesn't notify. Those are the issues.
After my trial period ended, it switched me to the Free Version. Now I cannot log in at all. I've deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail. I was just getting used to using it, and it seemed like a decent CRM app, while it worked anyway. However I no longer can access. Log in issues.
Our company uses Zoho and for the past 3 years that I've been with them, this App has never worked. You always have to make it work. I've spoken to support multiple times and they've never solved any issue. I was told everytime that it must be my (very new and high spec) device (while other colleagues with other devices and platforms have the same issues, always).
Seems a little to hard or intricate to use on mobile. They contacts ability are far better than jobber and quickbooks which I have had many issues trying to get the information properly exported for an up-to-date client list. Until Zoho. I exported to Zoho from quickbooks and it properly sorted my info, then let me export again to a downloadable file format. Very nice touch thanks.
Broken dashboards after recent upgrade of dashboard tools on web version. Some dashboard components are completely broken (shows no data) others, especially the chart components, incorrectly show record totals instead of sales dollar amounts, sales quote ammonts, etc. This app was decent when it was working but it's horrible now it's broken.
App is not at all intuitive. The Android phone app won't even allow the ability to copy & paste from the notes section. Tapping on the phone number in the contact section doesn't pull up the contact's number. I can't even copy & paste the phone number in the Android app. I have to click edit & use that screen to copy & paste. Absolutely ridiculous
It's an excellent app. Problem is that I have to log in every time I open the app. This creates a problem if I want to add something quickly or if I don't have net access. Kindly look into it as it is otherwise the best CRM app out there.
This app will get 4-5 stars when the following changes happen. Incoming call overlay caller ID so you know which lead/contact /business is calling you which is only available with Apple devices, not for Android users. IMAP email availible CRM App email signature available, pulled from desktop. Push notifications for opened, clicked emails on your mobile device or at the very least, email notifications. And lastly, the ability to check emails from the app. This app needs work but good start!

Like I said, after reading the reviews and I was convinced, I downloaded your app. I tried to open. It just didn't open. The worked so well for me before, both when online and more importantly- when OFFline. It has mow started to ask me to relogin when offline. WHY and HOW? I obviously cant login when offline. Very disappointing. Wish it start to work properly again. The desktop version - on the other hand - is 4- star; it works really well.
From few days, I keep receiving the similar notification repeatedly even for checking that update. Seems like a bug/ some new way of increasing the overall time spent over application. Nonetheless please look at it, it's very irritating at times.
Critical issues!!!!! Cons: 1) Impossible to hide pre-installed dashboards 2) app not stable, crashing some times (depends the update version) 3) there is not auto-refresh in module entrees, every time you need slide from up to down, to refresh info, or re-inter to entree. 4) can’t hide modules using tab groups. Only in profile settings. I wrote full review in app store. here 500 symbols limits
An extremely convenient app that provides quick access to your Leads, Contacts, and Accounts when on the go. The built-in calling feature makes it easy to keep in touch with prospects and clients, and records the critical information each time. I love the Zoho CRM app!
Can't do bookings, send invoices etc etc, (tells you to go to the desktop) needs to be able to this so I don't have to lug a laptop around. Also needs better filters.
Not syncing properly with PC
New to Zoho app but liking it so far. Just need to learn all the modules. Its quite i intuitive and easy to use. Helping me organize business contacts.
Difficult to use, needs to have an option of desktop view in my opinion, this would make the app much easier to navigate. Missing key features from the desktop version which renders the app a bit of minefield to navigate and work with.
