The app is not nearly as good as the freshdesk app, but is passable for small ticket chains. However, as soon as you have a large ticket, with lots of replies, it crashes and freezes almost constantly when trying to reply. I'm using a flagship android phone, so I'd expect the phone to be able to handle anything. But I expect the app is designed inefficiently in that it loads all previous responses on the ticket when you try to reply and this is probably too much for the phone to handle.

Update 2/1/22 Like all Zoho products support is not easy to even locate let alone contact. If you do reach someone they have no idea how to use the software and are only able to paste pre written responses.

It's a decent product. Don't click off your ticket or the timer will stop. Not sure if that's a setting I have not discovered yet.

it's been quite a good experience working with Zohodesk however i believe that users should also have an option of exporting ticket details in CSV or Excel format for better management and analysis.

The app is so slow. It takes up to 5-10 minutes to update your inbox if it even works. Half of the time it will load of minutes and then show a box "an error occurred, please try again later". The point with an app like this is to be able to check you tickets on the go. So when you are busy and have 10 minutes to check, but you then spent your available time waiting for the app to load instead of being productive, the app just becomes useless.

Good program. Integration with zoho subs all but useless though. Thought it might allow the customers to be synced over but no. You have to import/export the old fashioned way. This app needs an android widget to be more useful. That would really help. I will update once i use it more.

I am liking the look and feel for ticketing but my big issue is that it only lists customers with a ticket history. I cannot create a new ticket or lookup a customer unless they have had a ticket created in the desktop app first. I imported my customer list via the desktop and expected to see them in my android view. Disapointing.

I discover new functions every single day in this app. ZohoDesk specifically focuses on how to increase the level of customer service you can provide, because due to the software's robust workflows and templates to make the administrative part of ticketing so much more efficient. I'm not paid, I have just worked in the front end tech support sector with a lot of different systems and I love this product. their support is great too.

Cant close a ticket when i close the ticket it opens right back up anf vice versa

So far so good. A dark theme for the app would be awesome. I'm only waiting for zoho to apply an SSL certificate to my helpdesk, hope it won't take long :) Edit: wow! The SSL certificate got applied literally minutes after I requested it. Awesome service, recommended!

Why redirect login using Google Chrome rather than my default browser, Firefox? Signing into Zoho using Office365 SSO, Zoho asks for way too many permissions. Why do you need to read my contacts list, my files, all of my users basic details among many many more? This is enough for me to cancel my account.

I didn't want to f give my phone number but had to just to make an account. It's no longer enough to just give an email and i can't even see what the app is all about unless i give both so i entered the phone number, 4 different times and it says back to me 0-9 are the only characters i can use... And? My phone number is nothing but those numbers and i even deleted the +symbol that the app added. Can't make an account even with a phone number but at least you have all my info now, you're welcome

Never searching contact in edit ticket option. If we go to contact then details is available and we copy the mail to enter in ticket. So in edit ticket option same customer details is not coming.
