Zoho Mail

Works but lacks a lot of functionalities like a toggle to always show images, the ability to create folders, labrls and rules. The desktop web version is amazing in terms of functionalities but this app doesn't have most of them. So it is a very basic app and it is frustrating when you know Zoho markets thrmselves as providing professional level tools.

Good App for whats needed, although disappointed that the alerts don't seem to be working when emails come through. I have all the alert setup in the app and also on my mobile. Other than that, it's great.

Amazing app. I love it. New version fixed the simultaneous account problem where I could not add multiple account to the app. Also, instant notifications is now working perfectly on my device. My favourite!

I enjoy the app however, I wish there was an entirely different app for calendar. Being able to access the calendar from my email home page is nice.... but I hate having to open my email, then locate the calendar icon whenever I need to glance at my calendar. It takes a few extra steps and time. But having a separate app I could just click on and take to the home page would be a big time saver.

Email is fine, but calendar needs work. One major issue that I have run into is that calendar invitations do not result in any notification in this app, even though there is one of I go to my email on a web browser.

I'm a subscriber and it takes longer and longer to load my emails on the mobile app with recurrent server disconnected notif pop ups even when my Internet connection is excellent. This is very bad especially when I'm about to go to virtual meetings. Please solve this issue.

I'm a big fan of Zoho but I had some issues with the mail app, which they got in touch and resolved in the quickest, most detailed way I've ever seen. Their customer service is superb. All issues explained, resolved and I'm loving the mail app. Thanks Zoho.

Can't even check my emails because the app is crashing the second I open it. I am a paid customer and this is the service I receive. I'm pulling my account and moving my domain and services to another provider. Zoho will respond to this review telling me to contact them, however it's useless because they won't respond

You should rectify a really bad problem about the calendar widget. If the app is closed, and the phone is optimized (in the settings> device Care option), the calendar widget Just wont update anymore. Actually, If I press the update Button in It, appears a mensage indicating the lack of internet. Almost Lost a Meeting for It, please fix the bug. I'll be gladly back to move It to 5 stars.

Experiencing a bug when opening emails: The top banner that shows who it's from and who it was sent to, flashes and then disappears to just empty white space.

Love using Zoho mail, friendly use, good for business as well, But suddenly, when I open this morning, interface has changed, not use to it, but I have no choice...

This is a great app, but I was only able to login to the app once I'd logged into the zoho mail from my mobile browser. Also there should be a email scheduling function in this app as well just like it has on the desktop web version. That would be super convenient. I hate having to go to my computer everytime I need to schedule an email.

Grear app when it works. After the latest system upgrade, it doesn't. I updated the app itself too but it didn't fix the problem. Happy to revise my rating once the problem is fixed. Cheers Update: the app actually works fine once the authentication goes through. For this to happen you'll need to open a browser window and log in your zoho account there. Update: app works fine after the latest updates.

Can you please add all the features needed for a business account, like the ability to use a signature or even choose between some? I'm not entirely sure this is present for the iPhone version of the app and not for Android. This is really annoying and disappointing!

Okay, BUT it's extremely annoying when it looses email! For example, I sent an email this morning, but when I go to my "Sent" folder in the app it's nowhere to be found. It's costing me business and extremely frustrating.

Notifications do not stay in notification panel at the top of the screen and disappear by themselves after around 10 seconds. So it's super easy to miss notifications. Broken app.

After the new updates, I am unable to reply to the email from the app. It either keeps spacing by itself, auto block typing, or change font by itself after I write a few words. This becomes inconvenient for users like me who need to reply to an email from the app (using phone instead of laptop) most of the time.

Your app doesn't notify me when I have new mails and this so frustrating. Please fix and I think there are lots of bugs.

I still cannot stop emails going into newsletter or other random folders! Why is this a default i need ALL emails in the Inbox there seems now way to disable this and i have missed important emails, what a stupid default feature!

The email functionality is very nice. But the calendar is just a joke. No way of going to a specific date and no way of viewing old events. Why would the app allow me to add past events while I can only view the past 2 years?

I have the S21 Ultra, and I cannot reply back to emails. My keyboard disappears, and my cursor. I only see three dots. I tried a different phone and it works perfectly. Maybe it's not supported for S21 Ultra. Could use improving.

Not as good as the desktop experience, but if you use Zoho mail, this is a good enough version for mobile. However, it only offers email and calendar. No tasks, notes, or bookmarks.

Good app, been using it for years, but now i bought a new phone and this app requires me to sign in trough google chrome. Despite having chrome disabled in all matters possible w/o root, despite having my default browser set to another app, it still pops up with chrome to sign in. Is it so hard to create custom login screen? Or just use default browser app? I think i'll delete my account too, and switch to some other service that doesn't force you to use apps you don't trust with your data.

Integrates with their service well enough. Has some pretty terrible UI issues, in particular smart sizing to mobile screen size and especially a horrible zoom/pan experience.

The app is not working properly after the latest Android software update. Specially when typing a reply to the email, the app crashes and the comtents does not type and the write up gets automatically erased

Issue after updates , can't see the to / from / cc everything is blank for inbox /outbox / draft. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall to get it in right format otherwise once I update the app, all email to/from /cc etc is blank.

It's been a pathetic experience using Zoho calendar. My calendar Invitations from Zoho calendar always end up in spam. After multiple follow-ups with the support team, they sent a response below and the issue is not yet solved. I bought the enterprise edition as well but I am regretting my decision. I would appreciate if Zoho can refund the amount so that I switch to some other provider. It's shocking that a company like Zoho has no clue why their IPs are getting blocked. How will they take care of customers? ---- We apologize for the inconvenience caused. From the header you have shared, we see all the necessary authentication records are properly configured at Zoho's end for your domain. On further analysis, we found few of our IPs are blacklisted and the reason your calendar invites ended in spam. We are coordinating with our internal networking team, and they are working on a fix for this issue with high priority. We will keep you posted regarding any progress in the same.

Guys whoever are panning this; I am going to have to ask how some of you use the app -- it works best from a laptop than it does from iOS or Android. I am one of the rural testers before they started in the Covid-19 outbreaks when I lived in the Joliet, Illinois, area those who have this on their phones you should try Writer from Chromebook or a laptop you will thank me later for doing that [I have this loaded on all devices where I can send files to my laptop to work with.] Good program though some just will not even begin to give it a chance in Online Office with the writer feature they do what they set out to do plays well with MS Word better results with LibreOffice though tips with them don't apply drop-caps on Zoho Writer if working with LibreOffice.

Do you have any plans to improve the UX of the application. the UI feels very old and the email just offer plain information. please update the app UI and also add more features to the app
