The Zoho service is great. I'm however having an issue with syncing and push notifications. I signed in with a desktop only to realize that I've been receiving messages for the past 2 weeks which never showed in the app. I've checked my data settings and permissions and ensured that they are properly set up. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the old operating system on my phone (android 5.0). You have to launch the app and leave the screen on for several minute before it syncs.
Zoho mail is just another overly bloated, overly complicated product from Zoho that has to many other programs necessary to to make it work. Email boxes do not sync up between devices so you will waste alot of time re-reading old emails. Setting up groups and distribution lists is overly complicated and confusing and like with all Zoho products support does not actually provide support. It is all copy and paste pre-written responses. The support agents literally have no idea how to use the software and cannot help you in any way. This is true in live chat, phone calls and email. All of Zoho's products are giant disappointment as nothing works as expected and everything seems to be purposely made to be complicated and difficult! Almost like they have a department whose sole purpose is to complicate, clutter and make their product confusing and difficult.
The app is basically useless. Very little administrative capabilities, as you're unable to change the majority of user account settings and absolutely no groups are visible, even when they exist. I fail to see why this app was created in the first place.
Constantly spams about my domains not having SPF records even though they do and show verified. Its annoying. Edit: Confirmed that it is now fixed.
You either cannot delete a group via the app, or it's extremely difficult to figure out. Either scenario is pretty dismal. You also cannot add more than 30 groups, which is absurd.
Not worth recommending to customers anymore, since smtp and mobile app is no longer part of the free service. Shame because the majority of my customers always end up buying upgrades further down the road.
I was able to easily reset passwords for my users from this app, among other excellent elements. I wish the email app worked this effortlessly.
App does not open. I logged in and then it crashed. Crashes everytime I open it now.
I can't delete the email I created. the option not exist there... what type of admin is that if such basic option failed to be there? later edit: for security reason u can implement something like admin password for delete confirmation...
If you log in with a Yahoo count (or others), then you don't have a admin password. It's not good because you can't reset passwords.
This application is quite easy to handle custom mails through mobile. User interface is good. I recommend this application.
Was good.. Now it shuts down everytime I open it! Very frustrating. Tried reinstalling, makes no difference..
really it's kinda best free service and it's included with email encryption and also they even added features like spf,dkim,dmarc at starting of domain configuration. many of domain owner don't know about these(sfp,dkim,dmarc - personally i know).. it's really the best free email hosting service and hopefully i will upgrade my plan in future!
After several hours trying to configure zoho, I could do it. I think the help information should be more intuitive.
No drafts folder in the app Edit: there is a draft folder but extremely unintuively located and hard to find
This app keeps deleting user data. Every time I try to log in it asks me for user and password
After writing the password the app keeps saying that I need administrative permission to use it! What should I do to get that permission?
Great for business email creation and manage it's easy to use as well.
Makes the job of controlling emails a lot simpler, I wish all apps were as simple to use,
I have multiple zoho admin account. And have to logout every time when i want to switch between them...make it multiple id login at a time...
Really appreciate and more exciting thing is that the setup belongs from Our own country India . I am using email and invoice both are fulling my requirement in my business

totally useless. this app cant edit user info or do anything.
The app has some bugs that need to be worked out. For example, the option to enable quarantine notifications via email doesn't work. Setting the option to enabled doesn't actually enable the option. You can confirm this by re-checking the setting and note that it you enabled notification via email, the setting reverts to disabled.
