There are many bugs in this app namely 1. We cannot check in and check out through this app and it shows admin has disabled.

Hi Team, Can you provide an optional auto checkout feature that would really help since most of the times I forget to check out. Apart from that everything seems to work well.

we have purchased for office and accounting staff has done extra payment..for this followup there is no after sale service..they just means business...for IN app assistance no one is available..what is the use when you cant provide this all??

Always my attendance marked for precious day...I have to regularize my attendance weekly.

Absolute rubbish. Never shows available leaves. Nonintuitive. You cannot apply leave from Leaves section. After applying leave, you cannot confirm. You have to search for check mark that's not readily apparent. Even after checking out for the day, it keeps sending reminder notifications. It's easy to accidentally check-in or check-out by just clicking button. Swipe would have been better.

Not able to login. If able to login with otp, then it will show that I am not connected with orgaranisation. Even it works fine in web. Same credentials work fine in Web portal but not on App.

Can't receive any verification code on mail. Put 2nd option for receiving code. On mobile or other mail.. i jst want to delete my account. But for login also asking for code n for deleting also. But not receiving.. help me out of this

The app is horibbly slow. If i checkout, the spinner keep spinning like 5-10 minutes and after that also sometimes it checksout sometimes it doesn't, the same is with checkin. The issues is persistent with other functionality also. It's not an issues of slow internet, I use 4G and WiFi, also have observed the same issue with my friends also.

The app is working for me till now, but now it automatically check in and each time the app opens, the time of check in will restart..

As for the dev response. Nice to know that the dark mode is on the way. For notifications, there are of course certain notifications you want to receive (example: I want to know about announcements, but not get notified for every comment that follows), or maybe change their tone and vibration, etc.

Amended Case module in web as Case Management but still appear as Case in the mobile app. This amendment from web does not reflect in the app. Auto logoff would be great as well if included. Whenever user closes app without logoff, the next the user opens the app, it should require you to login with your credentials.

Takes way to many clicks to do anything. Why does the bottom sheet disappear when I scroll the services page? Unlike other pages the content fits on the screen. Often out of sync with the server, needing the app to be swiped away to update.

When someone file a Case , I get a notification in the app. But the notification put the Description field in ONE line after Agent. ONE LINE. Basically you can't read anything useful at all. And there is a massive amount of wasted space below for comments and there is no comments for a new case. For goodness sake, put the description in a text area showing everything! Or if you are lazy, simply reuse the Case Details screen in the other part of the app. That is what I expect to see anyway! What's more, pressing the Back button or the back arrow on the upper left corner from this notification screen EXITS the app! And when you launch the app to see the details, you will be presented with that notification screen again, where the only option to go anywhere is that back arrow, which exits the app! Basically the only way escape from this notification hell is to kill the app completely and relaunch it again! Please fix this stupid behaviour.

Not able to check-in and check-out properly.

Check in/out bug Having trouble with the check in. Even though you have checked in at your time and then you go to check out, you find yourself not checked in. and the system will show more than 24 hours of working hours for a moment and then resets it self. Please fix this bug. It is very frustrating to find yourself not checked in after a long day of work even though you checked in when you're work shift starts.

Worst app. It's showing "bad request" since a week. I can't even check in or check out. Have tried uninstalling and installing again but no changes. Still showing "something went wrong".

It's just a trash as other zoho services. Once I could not login because two factor authentication enabled automatically and obviously I did not have a code to login. Support answers once a week and do not help at all.

Can't login to account, so it's absolutely useless. Most recent version is installed. Loops when entering password, no error message, just seems to refresh every time I submit.

The app is not loading it showing "bad request " I couldn't able to login..

This app dosent allow to apply consecutive CL, SL, other things looks fine

The functions, options and the process of work of this app is horrible.

In last update, check in and check out functionality is not proper responding. Design is very smooth but this functionality need to check. It will take time.

Worst app most of the day it will not work but they have good features if it's active it's maybe good. I already mentioned it's not working some day I login but it's not showing in time is not running few hours or few days it's Stat work etc..

App is ok. I prefer putting in actual times instead of check in/out. I don't see a way to edit past times either. Please add/fix feature.
