Literally cannot use it. When I open the app it takes me to browser to log in, let's me log in successfully but gets stuck on the little zoho social logo that bounces or whatever. stuck on the loading screen, basically. i've waited a whole 5 minutes before and it just keeps bouncing. never been able to use the app. disappointed. on Android and it's updated.
Excellent software! The software is precisely what I need to manage all social media accounts from a single platform. It is easy to set up and I prefer it greatly over Hootsuite with a much more reasonable investment than Sprout Social. Honestly, it's got everything I need and saves me so much time and energy...
Loved the app for its simplicity and ease of scheduling in advance. Saved me loads of time. Just not able to understand why I can't schedule a carousel on Instagram business profile. Rest all is awesome and I would continue using this app.
This app is really limited. I am on a paid subscription but the app lacks key features. There's no way to find and respond to comments or direct messages. But, if you just go into the app, you'll find there is no menu or link or anything to go into messages or comments, which is the point of having 1 app to manage several different social networks. If you go into the notifications menu, it is always blank, and just shows the wording "Shhh, it's a little quiet here, but we'll keep listening."
Thoroughly recommend. Simple to use. Allows you to plan your social media posts in advance and post across all platforms simultaneously. A great time saver.

@ZohoSocial is by far the best social media scheduler I've ever tried, it's full of features and smart tools. I specifically love the the scheduling via an excel sheet, brilliant. and the price is very cheap compared to provided values.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how intuitive and easy this service is to use. It offers integration with pretty much any social media site that I use including YouTube and even Pinterest! I use this for business only and we'll probably be using it for a long time and eventually upgrading to integrate more of our business into the Zoho workflow. I was also very impressed with their CRM.
Zoho social is very easy and simple to use. It saves a lot of time and help us manage all our Socail media channels at one go.

Zoho social is one of the best social media management platforms. It allows one to schedule content for autoposting on multiple platforms. Major social networks are covered but I'm confident the are working to integrate a few new ones like tiktok and snapchat. Apart from that, the app allows engagement from within the app. This eliminates distraction that could come with being distracted by going through accessing the native social media platforms. Zoho social could also be Integrated with our Zoho products. We integrate it with Zoho CRM and This allows key information to be shared with different departments and across different roles. It is a great App.
Zoho social is the best app I have ever come across. it gives me the ability to manage my business accounts across all my social media platforms. I can get messages from people all-in-one platform. I can see my chat with my customers all-in-one platform. it just makes things easier for me. Whether it is taking orders, or talking to people regarding products I sell.
For the two weeks I've used Zoho Social, the experience has been good. They have an app as well, so it is convenient to queue up thoughts or an interesting article you come across, and that you would like to share with your friends and colleagues. There can occasionally be a bit of a lag on the app, especially if your copy is near LinkedIn's character limit, but otherwise, it is very convenient. The best (obvious) feature, is the SmartQ, that picks an appropriate time to post.
I really like how ZOHO social gives you really detailed easy to read social media reports for the price. I haven't found anything comparable in this department. I also like how it breaks it up into brands, it makes managing multiple brands easier. The only downfall in my eyes is the sizing of the photos. It doesn't want to auto crop your photos which is good, but it makes you have to export photos in different sizes.
Simple, Effective and Fast I have loved the simpls and user-friendly nature of this software. Its neat, not at all cluttered and inavriably better than other social media management tools that I have used so far. I really like the ability to read post results in a clear and precise manner. No wonder I have stuck to it for longer than other tools.
Zoho is such a powerful social media tool! For me, having the built in calendar to have a quick overview of everything going on is great. On top of this, all messages from every platform come into one place which makes things so much easier to manage. But personally my favourite part is just the UI/UX design. Zoho is a tool I want to be able to use everyday so things looking good and being intuitive are as important as functionality to me. 5 stars!
Zoho is exactly what I needed for scheduling content for my podcast. This software is very easy to use and didn't take much time for me to learn the main features that I need to use. I am easily able to schedule content that is pushed out to all of my socials which is exactly what I needed. Only changes needed is the ability to edit video posts from the mobile app and longer videos.
Zoho social is absolutely amazing. It's hands down one of the best platforms for social media automation. Insights and much much more. Highly recommended!
I moved from Hootsuite to Zoho social and I'm loving it! Great prices, great options for basic scheduling needs or if you need more analytics you have the pro option, which is great value and price too. I'm so happy I made the switch. Thank you Zoho, as someone who also uses your invoice and CRM tools, the social media content addition has made you that much more special and all-encompassing for me as an online entrepreneur and marketer.

Great app that has allowed me to manage all my social media accounts in 1 place.
The mobile app is something that I personally dislike a lot and which I see as the biggest flaw. It has a lot of crashes and it is never stable regardless of time I login. I have never been able to access the zoho dashboard once on mobile. The site experience is totally amazing and this is on the opposite end of the spectrum
I am happy with the overall ease of use of Zoho Social. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and uncluttered, which makes it easy to navigate and find what you need quickly. The ability to schedule posts in advance is a great feature of this app! I also love that it's possible to share content from other platforms like Facebook or Twitter right into Zoho Social, so it's really just one-stop-shopping for social media management.
