Zola

The app worked great the first couple weeks I had it. Now I can't even log in after updating it because "something went wrong". But the website is fine. Update: Logs you out in the middle of editing something. Inconvenient when trying to type stuff in and it doesnt save.

It gets 2 stars bc the idea is great & it definitely would help me. But the app logs me out every thing I press. I logged in about 100 times. This just started happening like a week ago. & now I can barely do anything. I thought it was just me bc I traveled. But I'm only 3 hrs from home. & after seeing other people have issues. This is something that clearly needs to be fixed. Also the ability to send everything via text would be great. That would get this app a much higher rating.

Concept great but actual app doesn't work. Makes me sign in about every 5 seconds or every page change. Clearly some bugs still need to be worked out. I've forced stopped and cleared cache several times with no changes or improvements. It also crashes and has a hard time uploading photos. Uninstalling and re-downloading also didn't fix this issue.

The app was great for about 4 months. This new update has me at my wits ends. I can no longer log in. It says sorry unable to sign in EVERY TIME. For the last 2 days. I've emailed 3 plus times with no response. This is a disaster. All my rsvps are through the site. All my guests food orders are through the site. And my registry. AND my wedding is in 30 days. Don't use this website EVER. Unless you want a complete panic right before the wedding. So frustrated!!!!!!! ZERO STARS.

I loved this app for my wedding. I just loved Zola period. It simplified everything for me and I'm so glad I chose it over the Knot or others for my wedding website. The app made it easy to check the registry, see the guest list, and more. If you are getting married, use it, I doubt you'll regret it.

I love the concept, and when the app actually works its great, but it logs me out like every minute and I have to close the app and restart it everytime it does because I can't even get back to the log in page when it logs me out automatically

This app made me so happy when I started using it. Unfortunately though after the last update, it won't allow me to log in anymore and keeps kicking me out on the rare occasion it does let me in.... im so disappointed cause when it's working it's a great app.... gonna have to find another though...

Made our wedding planning easier!!! If you have never planned a wedding, or even if you have, this app definitely helps guide you through the steps. Only thing I wished was available was 24/7 support. We're night workers so most of our planning was done at night. But all-in-all I love the Zola app!

The app is buggy, login fails repeatedly. Won't connect to anything. It's hard to use it to plan when it doesn't work

Would be lost without Zola!! The app is every bit as helpful as the full site, but I would love if I could access the invite editing from here. Otherwise it's perfect!

We mainly used Zola for the website, digital invitations, and registry. We kept our wedding super simple, and Zola really helped us manage our wedding with as little expense as possible. We really recommend using Zola!

I love Zola! It's so easy to use and made it easy to invite everyone and keep track of guests. I also love that it helps you do the seating arrangements.

I wish I could actually use this app bc it was quite useful but it just gives me an error constantly saying to contact their customer service. Now it won't even let me log bag in.

This app has been fantastic!! The whole Zola process has been seemless. They have so many incredibly helpful aspects that I knew nothing about until getting started. Having someone help with planning the honeymoon for free and having someone contact hotels for blocks for me has been so incredibly helpful. Definitely well worth it!!

So far I have used Zola to build my website, registry, and maintain my guest list and rsvp's. It has worked out great so far. A few minor glitches here and there, but nothing that isn't quickly resolved.

It was amazing until lately when it constantly logs me out. I've been managing my rsvps on the app so very frustrating when I can't do anything.

Tricky on a smart phone. Can't upload any pictures which made things super stressful for us.

I love the superlink but absolutely hate the website designs. I literally can't find a single one that matches my wedding. Then when I select one, half the pages have a black background.

This app has some great features. If only I could use them... You have to log in every time you click on something. It's a little annoying.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR REGISTRY. They lost a $950 item and refuse to refund my Zola credits or replace the item. Money transfers with Zola are also unsafe, I'm fighting with them to get our gifts to our bank account. NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They will never email you or answer a call. Don't do it!

When it works, it's nice. But must of the time, it doesn't work. The app hangs when I attempt to open it, giving me a blank white screen. I've sat around waiting for something to happen in the blank white screen. Nothing happens. Photos need to be selected and uploaded one at a time. Ugh, really? I also had to disable all notifications on the app, because it kept spamming me with unuseful information.

Pros: Your website is more customizable than wedding wire, and it has more of a casual feel than wedding wire. We basically just need a space for both of us to keep track of invites, and have a registry. Cons: It glitches - I've gotten the "unexpected error" message quite a few times, and it refuses to accept my wedding is in 2021, so the countdown is inaccurate. I've tried redownloading it, resetting it, but it just won't change.

I've been using this app throughout my wedding planning. At first it was great! The concept is good, I like how I am able to make quick updates to my wedding site when needed. Helped me stay super organized (OCD organized). List of guests or meals can be downloaded to excel. Great gift selection, slightly pricey but they have sales here and there. My website looked amazing! Loved the variety of options to fit my style. Greatest wedding app ever, I played with it even when I was done planning. I just loved going over everything with just a swipe.

Everyday my fiance and I can not log in. We both have changed our passwords. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. This is very fuatrating. Also the user experience is more clunky than it should be. Every tasks takes take far too many clicks. Settings are buried and hard to find. The constant upsellong is very annoying. I wish we went with another service.

The app runs fine, but the service itself is TERRIBLE. If everything miraculously works, it's great. But when it inevitably doesn't, don't expect any help. Don't spend any money on anything here either, they'll just screw you over when what arrives (if it arrives) is incorrect. I wouldn't post if it were just one instance. But I've now had four separate issues, none of which are resolved. Edit regarding the developer response, I've been trying to since 6/11 with an issue at that email. No luck.

Very pretty. I was excited to access and use the app. Basic questions to "get to know you". A lot of the interior links are broken (website template selection screen, adding registry items from other sites, checklist unchecking finished items or not saving changes). I'll try using the website on my computer and see if it syncs with the app.

Zola is great and easy to use and it makes wedding planning easier too! I had no idea where to start and from time to time idk what I should do next, but their checklist is super helpful. It's also modifiable to your personal preferences. I also love that the website has templates and if you wanted to you can use the same design for your invites/RSVP cards etc. so you have a theme.
