I wonder how many bad reviews are because people are trying to use the regular liberty's with the app designed for the zolo+. I am very disappointed I specifically got the liberty + headphones because I need (transparent/isolated) sound and when I seen the app it CLEARLY "states the app allows you to adjust transparency and adjust amount of ambient sound so I was confident these would work yet once I got them and connected to the app and it does NOT allow you to adjust it. only turn on and off

Mediocre earbuds. Sounds quality is alright. Volume will drop and lock at a lower setting after a few disconnects. You're constantly having to re-establish a bluetooth connection to get the fullest allowable setting. Don't even bother downloading the app. My zolos are connected to my phone but the app can't even find them. Tried many different troubleshooting steps to establish a connection but to no luck. NOT WORTH THE $100 I PAID FOR THEM.

.25 stars should be an option. I will not be buying these again. Ive never once been ableto connect to the app. Ive had it and the headphones for almost a year. Most other wireless headphones have apps that work. Its a shame too. i really like the actual headphones. I wont deal with this non-functionality when its unnecessary. The audio quality isnt nearly good enough for that. Then again I cant know that for absolute sure because I cannot connect to the app.

The app has EQ, but no way to customize it. You're stuck with the five presets they have and no way to change it. The primary function of the app is practically non-existant. The only reason it retains a star is that it can control some basic functions of the earbuds.

Headphones seem to work okay except on calls when it only come out of one side, the app may fix this but doesn't seem to work at detecting the fact the device is already synced up. I have a s10+ maybe that's why and if so Devs get on that hot fix asap! Once this runs right I'll give a better score if it is worthy of one.

Works fine from what I can tell so far, connects fine. Would be nice to play with transparency mode on a slider to adjust how much outside you let in. Pretty basic so far - agreed, be nice to see battery %, but you can see it from the notification shade pulldown anyways.

The app functions perfectly as intended. I was very hesitant to download due to the horrible app score and reviews. I already had my Liberty+ earphones connected and was listening to music when I opened this app for the first time. They immediately connected and all functions work as intended. I am using an Xperia XZ3. I hope this helps.

I have had my zolo liberty for 5 months, and I love them. I have NEVER been able to connect them to the app. I've tried everything. Resetting, hard reset, etc. Nothing.

App doesn't work. It wont even connect to my Zolo Liberty headphones, so I cant even get into the actual app. When I open this app I get stuck @ a screen where they're telling me to connect my Zolo Headphones, even though my headphones are on and connected to my phone.

Garbage: ⅞ this away in January 2018. A real shame since their truly wireless earbuds have near Bose and Sony quality. Main thing is, if you have Anker's Zolo+ earbuds and youre trying to connect them to this app, and it's not working? It's because this app doesn't wok I'm afraid.

App will not recognize that your earbuds are connected, if I could give you zero stars I would, please fix this problem I'll change my rating. It is now November 27 2019 the app still won't recognize the zolo earbuds,

Everytime I would press a choice on the app it would just reset. No matter what option, EQ, Voice Assist, etc. Deleted immediately.

I don't see the point of having this app. The EQ does not add anything a smartphone can already do. The Transparency feature does nothing. The only thing this app does is take space.

Doesn't with with zolo liberty. earbuds work fine and are connected but the app can't find them. no known permissions access issues appear to be the issue either.

app does not work. I connected my headphones to the bluetooth and it says on the app that it is not connected that I need to go to my settings and connect them. I kniw they are connected becuase I can here my music through them.

Dosen't even connect to earbuds even though they are paired to my phone. tried several times to connect but nothing. uninstalling and returning earbuds.

i have three Library+ and all could not connect. i tried with many mobiles. I'm wondering mostly ever body could not connect and gave over sugar, and there is not singel response from developer. Google play, please remove this app until developers fix his app.

ditto everyone else's comments. App can't find headphones that are actively connected to the phone, which is the purpose of the app.

Honestly the only purpose I use this is for the transparency function which is handy. But the rest of the app isn't realy helpful and I don't know what the EQ is for, doesn't really change too much

App is terrible. Soon as I opened it, it cant even find my headphones even when they are on and connected. This app is a waste of space.

this app doesn't work at all. says to connect and I'm listening to music while accessing the app. not worth the time to download!!

Tried to connect multiple times , even unpaired and paired again ,followed the instructions and still the stupid app said no zolo earbuds detected. Really bad service.

I have note 8 and zolo ear buds and the application can't detect it, I download the application so many times And tried to use the app and follow the steps to connect but still not working How can I use the app with the earbuds ? BR

yup, this thing doesnt recognise your ear buds no matter what you do. And from the looks of it, the devs have stopped updating/trying to update /fix this.

As other people described the app can't handle that the earphones are already connected to the phone. Need to be fixed as soon as possible!

Says no earphones found, but they are connected. App can't find it's own products so it's useless.

Doesn't give battery percentage on Android. Audio from calls only comes in right earpiece.

The app its great its just a shame that doesnt have the option to see the battery life left also is the liberty + firmware upgreadable or there was never firmware update at all for them just wondering
