From bad to worse. This app was already reeling with it's terrible performance. Now it seems like completely six feet under. This is evident from the fact that the app can't even get to it's landing page. If an app crashes before even getting to the landing page then there's something really haywire. Feels like someone realeased a beta version of the app without testing. The what's new log says bugs and crashes fixes but it's addition instead. Needs a lot of debugging and troubleshooting.

1. After updating app to latest version, everytime it gets logout automatically & need to sign in again & again. Don't you test the app before releasing an update? 2. Can't even see 'manage outlet' info from app. I am sharing mail with screenshot. This new version is worst. 3. Why can't you give an option to delete images? Images which I have uploaded, need to delete that. Everytime I need to mark the mail & to do follow up. Give us the simple option to delete image. What's wrong in this??

Experiencing all of the above issues that other users have....simply cant login, and when once in a blue moon when I could login, there is no content in app, no reviews, no photos, profile etc....been wasting a lot of time trying to workout how to login and upload photos, reply to review etc....i thought it was an isolated problem thats only happening to me, didnt know so many others are facing similar issues.

Could not log in most of the time. When I am able to log in, I can not see any data. No reviews. Nothing. It keeps on popping - “Something went wrong” . I think there is something wrong with Zomato. They don't care about restaurant owners. Restaurants Owners helpline doesn't understand the issue. Useless app & attitude!

This app is not trustful, only big & famous brand restaurant is always highlight. But non brand is just waiting for order. Mostly order go to only brand restaurant. Many times non brand & newly restaurant is hide by Zomato. Very Disappointing. Newly & non brand hope it Zomato is a big platform for their business but it's face too struggle on his platform.

The app is filled with bugs,it doesn't open.It gets automatically logged out even though login again the page gets either stuck or shows some error.The main purpose of this app is to surpass partner support and promote our business ourself but it is neither working with the app nor the customer support.Very bad experience,they need to learn from other portals how the app should work!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unexpected error. Please fix it so businesses can actually use this app. Edit: I was getting a message that said something like, "unexpected error occurred" when I was trying to login. I will try to login again and update my review with exact message if it happens again.

Nothing works as per description. Most features shown are not yet available for use. And a lot more features have to be added to make it closer to desktop version.

Several issues, When I am trying to update business Info, everytime getting error saying unexpected error, failed to update. Tried reaching customer care, everytime they keep on asking restorent Id, firstly I have not received any information from Zomato about this and secondly when I asked cuatomer care executive (on emails) how to find this information, no answer from them, they keep on asking the same question again and again. This app needs a lot of improvements in a quick time. Login error needs to be fixed Statement error needs to be fixed Editing menu pictures needs to be fixed And lot of other bugs that users have reported do needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Zomato should look over this as it do makes the restaurant work a lot easier. Hope you'll soon solve the issues...

this app keeps on shutting down cannot register ... m still not able to manage my restaurant since i have updated the app. very poor application for restaurant owners . ZOMATO needs a better technical team ... called the call centre many times but they dont have any satisfactory solution for the problem .rather they dont understand the problem .. for them its a technical problem but for restaurant owners its its loss of business. ultimately ZOMATO itself is loosing business... rip 2 this app

Seeing the latest reviews it's clear the app is buggy, facing most of all the issues mentioned by previous users. waiting for the next update to resume working with Zomato. Suggestion: let the restaurant owners have a web app at least that can be mended by the technical team swiftly in case a bug arises.

Why has Zomato disabled this app? It used to be so user friendly earlier. Very helpful for the restaurant owners but its been quite a few months since this app has been disabled. You cant feed in any details nor can you check the statement of accounts. Hope Zomato is working on it and the app resumes soon.

Zomato Business app, do not get updated on realtime. Customer Care Team ask to drop an email for every single issues, as they do not have access to any thing or support. Till date no account manager is assigned as POC. Poor service to business partner. Even the response on email received is irrerelevant. Statement of account do not have date range to search for past orders. Even the charges are mismatched even after deduction of commision as well as Tax.

Keeps crashing on my Redmi Note 5 pro device whenever i try to upload photos or menus. Navigation is also not easy. Difficult to find out placement of respective images in the app.

Does not work with Android phone with multiple google accounts. It does not give an option to select the correct google account registered with Zomato and never able to sign in. I think it only works with primary google account of the android phone and not the additional google account that is associated with Zomato business. This app works properly on an iPhone because there we have the option to select the correct google account associated with Zomato. Zomato tech please fix this bug in the App

worst experience. Noone is giving any proper information.. just content moderation is done which is a new word but thats just a verification call thats all and if we ask about other thins then no response. they want people to work with them blindly without knowing any charges. I raised request to call me back so that I can discuss things in brief but no response at all. I just received one email that we will contact u thats all. its been almost 15 days now and noone bothers about my onboarding.

Can't comment on reviews, nothing happens after button is pressed. Can't select an outlet when submitting feedback, so I can't submit feedback either. Submitting a review instead, maybe that'll get your attention. Fix this app, you're messing with others' businesses.
