I see now this app is not free. Only for 30 days. Even when I tried to cancel my subscription, the actual option to confirm the cancellation is blocked. Maybe some transparency is needed, if I cannot cancel, then an explanation is needed. The app is not free, blocked from cancelling subscription. I do not recommend.
I like this app on the most part. I'm just frustrated that it dosent have a time limit function. Like only setting it so it can only be played 2hrs a day. And would love to see a pause or block device option so I can manually stop device if I need my children to focus. Please develop this.
With each update this has become more stable and easier to use despite the growing set of features. Great to see such an actively maintained app.
This app makes it easy to control network access for each user. My only issue is that the app is not password protected. Hopefully this feature will be included in a future update.
This app has a lot of potential and I'm thinking of purchasing the family box but I have it set to block Instagram on my 11 yr old daughters Samsung tablet but it doesn't block it. Very disappointing... Please advise how to get it to actually block Instagram

I downloaded the mobile zone app for my daughter's phone. I can't complete the setup because it will not take me oking the VPN authorization. I rebooted her phone and it still won't work.
Has saved my sanity, don't know why I took so long to purchase it.
I am liking this a lot. But having an issue with it stopping another app on the kids phones that I need them to have. But I cant seem to find a customer service number or email to get help.
Awesome app, now we can manage cyber safety of kids just with few taps.

Easy to setup and use for parents. You can control their phone access and block/enable apps as you wish from the comfort of your own phone!
Now that the headache of getting this app to work (wich it didn't compleatly) & getting it removed off my kids phones is over. I DO NOT recomend this app at all. First off it doesnt say anything about charging you for anything other than the support option after a 30 day free trial & you have the option of not accepting that. Second it will actually start charging you after 30 days. It just doesn't actually tell you that. I only found out when I went to cancle my subscription. Third it didn't work correctly on one of my kids phones. It kept denying him access to things he should have had compleat access to, during times he was supposed to have access to them. I kept having to go in & tweek the settings. My other kids phone it was installed on, we decided we really didn't need it yet because of his age. I tried removing the app you install on the kids devices & it wouldn't let me. No matter what I did. Forget finding an actual number to call someone. If you do no one will answer. They just want you to leave a message. I only figured out how to remove it all after I cancled my subscription & stumbled on the chat option. I thought what the heck it's worth a shot. I was on the verge of factory resetting the phone to see if that would work. I just didnt think it was rite for him to loose all his progress on all his games due to some stinking app.
A lot easier to manage my family's internet access now
I genuinely had high hopes for this app, but unfortunately it's fallen short. I haven't tried the router option , as we use wireless on all of our devices in this household. The issue is that it won't restrict tablet/ phone usage on downloaded games , via IPad, as according to the staff member I spoke to it only works on the internet, I take it, via their VPN and was advised to utilize my IPad settings for time restrictions. Yes it works on the net and effectively , even the restrictions like sleep, parent notifications, great, but not on downloaded apps that don't require an internet connection. The other issue is if you have a free TV streaming app, or music, that doesn't work either, as it's via their VPN, so you'll be charged for data unless you've got unlimited internet and apparently there's a fix on the way for us IPad users. And yes you can turn the app off via your mobile devices, but that defeats the purpose. Great idea, not quite executed properly yet. Deleted
