Why is this app so large? It doesn't seem like it needs to be. Everything is just a webview linking to information from the website. There's no logical reason for this. The map is kind of cool, I guess, and the schedule of things is alright, but there's seriously no reason for this app to be so big.
Just spins and won't load. I have a new Google Pixel 2 and this app won't work.
Does absolutely nothing but spin which stinks because I was looking forward to using it next week and plan my zoo experience. Shame
The map feature is great and information for every animal is a good add-on but my main problem is that it would not allow me to purchase a ticket through the app
Too many permissions, too much space, when I press individual animal pic for more info the app stops, and tigers aren't labelled on the map. Discouraging.

Needs your membership info on the app so you don't have to carry a card every time. But still very good.
I don't like the fact that before you can download the App you have to agree to allow them access to the phone numbers that call you, their device ID, all your photos and videos etc. What do they do with all this personal info?

This app does not work! It just continually spins on the home screen. Useless.
Most buttons do not work. Button for map works, but you can't zoom in, so this map is not useful as well.
The UI is lacking but content more than makes up for it

This app has all of the same information as the website. SUGGESTION: Have membership logins on the app too. The member can have his ID and payment method saved in the app and make purchases (safari bike rentals, paddle boat rentals, animal feedings, mono-rail ride) within the zoo on the app. This purchase will create a barcode that the member can then show the zoo employee. The zoo employee can scan the code and provide the service/adventure/product bought through the app.
