I would give a better review if there were less problems with the game. First, it takes forever to gain coins and then multiple times when I've used coins to breed or expand the zoo or purchase a mate, it takes my coins but the mate or expansion or baby just disappear and I have to wait to regain the coins again to repurchase all over again. It's impossible to gain diamonds and they are extremely expensive to purchase. A lot of diamonds are needed for most of the really good stuff.

I luv the game a lot. It gets me hooked but pls see to 2 main things.1let real cash be not the only way to get exotic animals. Keep some gems as reward for quests or when u level up a gem each atleast. Also when u get a reward animal it disappears when I open the app. If u can see to this. It's all the very best👍

Game is fun overall but can be very glitchy. Its annoying when you spend coins on an animal and once you exit and come back the animal is gone. Same thing keeps happening with the nursery and lab. Quite frustrating.

I accidentally spent 2 gems, by clicking a coin next to a habitat not yet built. It's annoying because I could have gotten that item for free by asking neighbours. If that's not annoying enough, about 3 hours later, the item I bought with the two gems was gone from my account anyway. So I effectively just lost two gems for nothing. They're hard enough to get as it is (I'm up to level 30 something and only had 8 gems, now I'm down to 6) so this is doubly frustrating. No way to undo a mistake.

The only thing I liked to do in the game was expend and breed the animals. I used to enjoy achieving the goals, but after awhile you can only do that with real money. I'm not spending my hard earned money on a game. When I wrote to the creators, they said they don't help with that game anymore, and to go to the community. I had trouble doing that. I'm on level 56 and it won't let me expand the land anymore so I'll be deleting it.

team lava obviously doesn't care about their games anymore. it hasn't been updated in 5 years. the people are so laggy when they walk and when you move decorations around, they wind up on one side of the screen and your finger on the other just put them where you want them. no wonder these games are getting bad reviews.

Every task is given only coins, less gems, and goals require more than HUNDREDS of Gems to coply for it.. I know theres a skip button, but it will also cost GEMS!, sure the others can buy GEMS if they want, but how about us REGULAR players that have little to no money to purchase with.. what an inequality

-It's unavailable on my phone (Sony). So for example(real) I get a animal from collection (collecting 3 kind of animal) so when I pleace an animal collection habit. I need to buy that animal again. I don't know why! 😭 - My money bar wasnt in the right position! - Can't see how many money / hours that pet give when buy pet in shop And your another game like pet shop story are same too! 😨 😭 I love your game a lot.❤️

It's a pity I can't give you a minus 5 stars for this app. You said that we could play it online or offline. After downloading it I switched my data off. As soon as I went into the game it said that this is an online game and I'm offline. So I couldn't play it. STOP LYING TO THE PUBLIC AND TELL THEM THAT IT'S NOT OFFLINE BUT ONLINE. Please people. Don't download this game. It's an online game. If I wanted an online game I'd go to Google play games to play it. Not download it. Bloody liers.

While the game is generally formated for kids. I must be the oldest kid ever. I' m completely addicted to my zoo. I'm on my zoo several times throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this game for all children.

Well, personally, I think this game is great! I love the way you can take care of animals! Though, I do have one problem with the game, I want to change my name, but I have to have 10 gems to change it. I think that's a little over the top. No worries!!

Its a very good game.but now whenever I open it they show that i m offline instead of being online. And it keep stopping.So i uninstalled it and then installed it again but still the same problem. Now i just hate this game.🤬

I hate this game because before you expand your zoo you should have many requirements to jave like 4 bananas where you can get it by the use of requesting your friend(s). I tried to request to my friends but I think they don't even know how to give me. This is a total disaster game for me and I also bet for you. GOODLUCK:)

nice. more flexible in respect to time. need not to play continiously. can continue the game at any time. i like this aspect very much.

i cant hardly afford all the gems in the game and i dont hardly shop online i shop locally n i cant even put less then 5 on prepaid card to spend the 1.99 just to do half the quests it gives me, would b better if they gave a gem free for watching an add atleast once a day or something

It is so fun, great for kids and older. I recommend you getting this because it is an awesome game! It also educates people about animals too!

Amazing. But I have my pet peeves..... first I would like Hybrid-Hybridization:Like Mammoth+Tazzy Tiger.... And it would be interesting what names you guys at Storm8 could come up with crossbreeding the Liger+Cheetah. And I would like to convert coins into gems since you don't get them often.

not been able to update the app as well as pet shop story and it is really slow and sluggish so not sure if there is anything available for this 😔

zoo story 2 scammed my gems. i crossbred a liger and when i came back after it was done, it was gone. The liger was not there. Nor was my 7 gems. i hope i get compensated for this. until then, 0/5

account lost..im already lv 39 and almost reach 40 and i deleted this game and redownload it again but in a diffrent divice and i have to start over again and there is no way i can connect to my old game

not so much as a review as a question but I had this game on my old phone and broke it now I have a new phone and I'd really like to be able to keep my progress. is there a way to do that? by the way, I totally loved the game!

I gave 1 star because it is so hard to gain diamonds on this game and not only that but how are u going to award 3 diamonds to breed a liger when it costs 7 diamonds to breed it... If u fix this and make it easier to get diamonds I will rate 5 stars and spend real money on this game

I try but it rarely loads and my friends says the same, then my animals get sick and it happens over and over, so not worth using space on my phone

Would be giving it 5 stars and a glowing review if it didn't constantly glitch and i lost my progress.

Graphics was good, But it seems like developer much focuses on selling gems. Thats why i cuts 1 star.

I like this game . lt has many difficult animals .It has very beautiful tree's and different things shops. 😌😌

I acutally love this game.It has a lot of diffrent things like animals,futured,and stuff like that.I totally recccomend it for kids.AWESOME GAME :)
