This app is not working to sign in or sign up. I purchased a membership a week ago, reserved my day but can't find any tickets or information.
its keeps doing the same thing everyone else said its telling me that the username is invalid ,mind u i have been a member for 2 yrs with no problems so i sign in as a new member with the same membership email i use and still nothing this really sucks.
Garbage. This app is unusable for current android users. Shame on the Philadelphia Zoo for not providing paying members with a functional app to enhance the zoo experience.
Cannot login because it is outdated. It cannot be used on newer Android operating system. Please update
App doesnt function at all. Unable to login, create account, etc.
Never gets past the signing in part of the app.

The app won't work for me. It tells me my password is wrong. If I say I forgot my password the link does nothing. There is no help button. I can view my membership Barcode by typing in my member number but it clearly states that I can't use that for rides once inside the park and I can't access any of the other features in the app
Even after calling the zoo staff, the app gives me an error saying there is no card associated with my email, even though the zoo staff has confirmed both in their system. What a waste of the foundation's money on an app that doesn't work right.
Whenever I try to look at the animals on the 360 thing it takes me right back to the login screen fix it now

Love it
Won't let me login or create new account. It doesn't work at all. Said it was made for an older android version so look for an update but there isn't one.
