My toddler loves it and it keeps me sane. Lots if games and educational stuff. But the Dora games and some videos don't play so I wish i had the option to remove some videos and games. Also a huge battery drain....I'm down to zero in 6 hours if i have it on in the background.
Zoodles hasn't been updated in over two years. My account has been closed for two years and just this week they have charged me 3 times for premium subscription when I call customer service the line belongs to someone else it is no longer a zoodles phone number. They are not responding to any emails. I want a refund for these subscriptions and there's no one to contact.
I had to do a factory reset to my galaxy tab3 and i redownloaded it. the problem is that it won't start up so that my son can play it. It keeps going to the installation page even after i successfully installed the updated flash. I'm not happy at all and i hope they fix this issue soon.
Used to work fine, now can't access a lot of the games (that were already saved in it before the update) without paying for the premium app. Not worth the money considering how infrequent my kid plays on it. Had it strictly for the locking of the in-app purchases on all the kids' games. Now it is worthless.
Was once a good app but now it forces your phone to be in kid mode by default and you have to keep selecting home key default settings every few minutes and the security features are risky because you have to allow unknown authors apps permissions that are beyond a normal comfort zone.
I have used this for many years an love it not only for my niece but for other children; however, i noticed recently that it defeats the purpose when the child can get into Google Play and download other games… please find a way to keep them in Zoodles ONLY. Other than that its perfect!
I have had this app since my now 8 ur old was 3. I now have a 2yr old and she uses it everyday. It was on my phone and then it just disappear! I tried to redownload it and it said I needed adobe. So I did that, followed all the instructions and it will won't pull io for her. Please fix this problem APAP!!!
Zoodles is presented as a safe way to let your child play with your phone. They have access to learning games, fun videos, etc. That part is great and wonderful. Do not, however, give them your phone and assume that they can't exit kid's mode. I've done it myself several times, and that was accidental while setting up the app...
My child loves this app but because I do not have the newer android it had stopped working. I tried to download everything it wanted me to and it still does not work . Really hard to explain to your three year old why they can not play this anymore. So very disappointed with this.Used to work great now not at all
After the most recent update, the app won't even let itself play games! My child clicks on a game that has always worked inside the app, and zoodles says it can't access other apps while in kids mode?? But the game IS part of the app?!? The developers of this app need to go back to school and learn how to program and develop proper apps. This version is terrible.
I used to let my kid go on an app just like this on my older phone and now I can't let him do anything.
I used this app for my kid all the time, but all it ever shows me now is the terms and conditions and something telling me to install flash. Which I have done. Twice. No progress. That renders it entirely useless.
Videos don't play right, the child lock doesn't work and so many more problems. You really disappointed my kid :(
Have had Zoodles in some form or another for years with my children. Now they're grown & grandson needed fun way to play with my phone & he's bored with Samsung Kid's Mode. Tried to download it & it downloaded, or so I thought, but when I tapped on the open app link in the store it only went to the Licensing Agreement and "About" area. Tried closing store & finding the Zoodles icon, it was a Firefox icon (I don't use or even have Firefox installed). No Zoodles when I clicked it, only Licensing Agreement...
My son has been using this app from a very young age, now it won't load up and we have lost years of his drawings and things , I'm really upset to say the least!
The new update is AWFUL... BUT I uninstalled and now have the good old factory version of Zoodles back! Kids v happy again (remember to turn off autoupdate. HTC M8 one. )
It keeps asking to update when I go to update it says it's not available for my phone and because it keeps asking to update it has a popup that prevents my kid from playing.
I followed the instructions to download Flash, but the app still doesn't work. Worked on my old phone, but not on my new Turbo.
Awful update! My son loved all the songs that were on the last version. Now they are gone and it's also more complicated to start up for a 3 year old. Can't even choose their own picture as a profile. Terrible!!
It won't even open. I uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and it still won't even open. Even with WiFi. Bugs are clearly not fixed what so ever.

Don't like this new version, can't install it on my tablet. It used to be my sons favourite app and it was excellent as it would child lock my tablet. Please bring the old one back.
We got a new tablet, had to install updated version,its unusable. Our other tablet has the old version and works fine.
Not very user friendly in the first instance either. It's a shame as this app claims to offer exactly what I've been looking for my boys.
Doesn't work on my nexus tablet which is running the most recent android lollipop. The app crashes then shuts down and I'm not able to download Adobe Flash.
Updated the app and now it's garbage. I have to restart my phone (Droid turbo on lollipop) to see my notification after exiting app. Constantly asking to update when there is no update. Uninstalling this application for good!
I've had this app for YEARS, even use the computer version and pay for premium. I just got a new phone, Samsung Galaxy S5. I installed Adobe liked it said, but still goes back to that screen - the actual Zoodles app won't even open. Very disappointed. This has been my daughter's go-to app for a solid two years.
