Well i waited 31d to set my 1st installment, when the 1st payment is available at payment page it gave me something went wrong, then the days 31d renewed. Bad experience.
Two star only for the support they have. 1-Price of LBP to USD is way higher then the market by at least 2000 LBP 2-Inapp installments doesn't allow you to proceed in the price exceeds 2.2m , for example item cost 2.19M they include the delivery which takes out to 2.2 plus. 3-you can only spend half of your cash back if the item is higher then the then the cash back amount. Ex: price 100,000 you can only use 50,000 of your cash back unless double the price of your cash back.
Very reliable for local products that's delivered via aramex . Yet I ordered two products from aboard. The carpet was a door mat(always check dimensions not photo) and another item never reached, the follow up from zoodmall was very good but liban post was holding the item and never delivered it.
My wife has bought a device through this app and we found it with error technical, and doesn't working properly. The seller advice to get back to agent. Even the customer support is hopeless.
5 star just i found a lot of 1 star out there. The app is the ultimate place for me to buy stuffs while i am out of cash and all my money is being help hostage by the bank. So thank you a lot orientswiss for your app. And i hope you could stay alive.
Worst experience ever.. I ordered an item, after 2 months i notified that it is lost in the transit. Ordered it again 3 months later suddenly it is cancelled. Later on I notified that an order for me is arrived (after 5 months) noting that in the app it is mentioned that my 1st order is lost and the 2nd one is cancelled. I checked with customer service, they told me that my order arrived. I waited 2 weeks nothing showed up, called them again, they told me it is cancelled and I have to re-order.
Customer support is awful. I couldn't buy anything since may 2021. Always problem with payment. Your system didn't receive my card. Also I am not able to delete my accounts, how can it be if I'm not able to control my personal information in your system. It is so annyoing. Who can guarantee that you are not using my personal information for the other aims. Every user should have access to their personal information. Good reason to claim a lawsuit against you! I'm waiting your reaction!

Very well app you cal rely on it . I like one device of this program is that you can buy anything you want in a small amount of time
Search engine gives for the same product different prices, and if you order the cheapest, you pay the highest or the order will be canceled (Out of stock) And refund process oblige the customer to return the product to their office even if its their fault and mistake. I dont recommend using the application nor buying chinese product. Because late delivery (3 month) and not the correct items, so you'll pay the tax for nothing
Avoid at all cost. I ordered an item and paid online. They cancel my order pretending item is out of stock while it is still listed until this day as on stock and even price lowered. They state they reimburse within 14 days. Obviously not done. I send messages they reply after 48 hours that Oops they forgot to reimburse. Unprofessional and unreliable and even till now nothing received so do not ever use!
They stopped my installments purchases with no reason, the customer care says that it will be available qgain soon but nothing happened.. And the support team is really bad

Stressful app when it comes to customer support knowledge and professionalism. Items aren't up to date, after purchasing items, you receive a cancelation email, reason out of stock. Installment service is nthn but a lie, whatever is ur status , income or financial liability, the process will end by postponing you 30 days to "try again" with no reason. Beside the lack of knowledge of customer service, when it come to Installment. 👎🏼 GoodPlay ZoodPay 👏
Don't trust this app.... In my experience.... I ordered items from Kuwait.. Paid first instalment also.... After one month showing reach items Kuwait.... Next day app can't open.. Showing message Kuwait market not yet.... I send mail customer service no proper answer.... Really fedup.... Don't believe like this app.... Not informing eny thing from there side... Carefull

Very ergonomic app, easy and reliable Can find everything you need, an the chery on top is that you can pay cash on delivery. But needs more details about the product sold (some features might be interesting for the buyers)

What's wrong with call assistants of ZoodMall in Uzbekistan??? They are so impolite. Also I called them so many times and they can't find a solution to my problem. I can not activate the app. I have never paid a fine in this app before. But suddenly, I can't use. Who can tell me that what I did wrong? Dear OrientSwiss, tell the director of the Uzbek branch, that he (she) has to change impolite and illiterate assistants to the assistants who can fully understand the app. Thank you in advance:))
How do you keep on advertising your app and all it has is bugs and errors? From my very first attempt to register, it displays an error message saying "Oops! Something went wrong". Even though that happened, still, i received an email welcoming me to the app. I tried to login, however, the same error message is being displayed! I tried restarting my phone, hoping that might help, now everytime i go into the app and try to navigate to the "Account" screen, it tries to load but stays at the "Home" screen. I have the Galaxy Note 9, updated to the latest firmware. Don't try to tell me that there is something wrong with my phone. FIX YOUR APP!
The app doesn't work with Android 12. You tap the items and they do not open when in filter mode or when you go to similar.
Worst app ever! Don't use zoodPay! I used zoodpay and paid everything on time, but because of an error in their system they have blocked my account and it is more than 3 month till now and they are still saying you have to wait for the system it is automated job . It is like we are playing a game. Don't use zoodpay at all.
