chromebook isnt syncing with Huwaei P30 lite ..... which is probably my fault? So I'm resetting up Zoom on Chromebook, come to a halt coz of course cant remember the password. Probably score higher once set up. On Zoom generally, I sometimes get the feeling Im on hold for a few moments, while rest of group talk or watch a short film.....mmmmm

I absolutely love this app! It brought me and my son back together over the holiday season! It was great to see my son Joshua in the flesh again the app is n excellent communications tool.

Just closes the app when I try to add the sharing key. Instructions to use the control app to set up ndi are so confusing. Who wrote this?

Whats the point in pairing when there is laod shedding, main pc is off, how can pair mobile device with pc in this situation? It should be standalone app. I lose my online class just because of this. I was using zoom on pc. Suddenly pc went off due to load shedding. I used celluler data and quickly downloaded zoom app on mobile so that can continue my class. But my bad luck it required pairing on mobile app to work. One star, big brand and unable to cater end user needs. Disappointed!

Can no longer use wasted too much time. I was able to use this app for free until the current update. Don't waste your time contacting the developer. They wasted even more of my time. Then they ask for a survey on the support representative. Are you kidding all they needed to do was read and comprehend my issue from the beginning! Not a bunch of emails : ( No they didn't solve my problem unless they're going to purchase a tablet for me ,because that was the end result

The app is flawed and not fit for practical use. One needs to re-enter the sharing key sll the time. And if the app is in the background during a meeting and you bring it up again it shows the srart screen with no way to control the current meeting.

For those of you who can't connect since the latest update (7/26/2021) try the following steps: 1) Reinstall this app, 2) Sign in with Email (don't sign in with Zoom), 3) log in with the email and password of your Zoom account. You should then be able to connect to your Zoom Rooms as before. This process worked for me. Authentication issues aside, I like this app as an alternative to using a keyboard and mouse to attend Zoom Meetings. 4/5 because the "Raise hand" option is buried under 4 menus and is impossible to access quickly, I need that next to the mute button for the way my organization holds Zoom meetings. I also wish I could store meetings in a bookmarked list and use this app to connect automatically. For what it is, this is a great step forward.

Have been trying for days to set up the app on my LePan android tablet for meetings, but keep getting message that it is not compatible. The app appears to be instsalling then doesn't. Would be great to be able to use it have to give 0. If ut ever get installed, will gladly change rating.

Have experienced many disconnects from my mgts. Background features is stuck on blur and now the gallery pictures are gone. Others at our mtgs using Zoom have experienced similar things. Rating a 3 is generous.

The app was not working properly no one was able to use the share codes

I'm older and just bought a Samsung galaxy tablet. My doctors are wanting me to do virtual visits and I can't install zoom. I keep running into problems and would love it if we can resolve my issues. I want to try it so I can see my Doctor and plan a class reunion. It's our 50th and I'm worried that we won't be able to use zoom to plan it.

If you don't want to pay a fee for the Zoom Rooms software service, don't waist your time. This app requires paring to a device with this software running and an account for $49. The description for this app conviently lacks that little tip.

Lack of apropiate app description! You can't connect to a normal meeting. You need to pair with another device. If you want to connect to a meeting with a normal URL invitation, this is not the app for that!

Why won't zoom request update until when a user wants to login into a scheduled meeting? It messes things up as i was unable to deliver a talk. This has happened twice.

Won't run on rooted devices?! Are you kidding me?! Your servers are in China and your software is hell to use anyway. Now you shove this sorry excuse of a "security measure" in our face? What a waste of good storage space. Stick with Slack, Discord, Google Meet, FaceTime, WebEx, or any other solution that doesn't have it's head it a ditch.

Zoom just destroyed my one chance at a Very Important Meeting this morning. This entire app was worthless on my LG phone. Problems with no sound-unable to log in-TONS AND TONS OF PROBLEMS. The Toolbar would not let me join the meeting either.

Poor Samsung is unable to update their software to accomodate Zoom changes. Better not to use Samsung phones and tablets. The latest Zoom update is not working in samsung phones and tablets.

I can not even give this a rating. I have a google LG phone. I can not down load any of the free zoom apps. I have tried over and over and rebooted several times. I give this app a ZERO RATING

This is terrible I tried downloading it because it says zoom has to update and you have to download this but you can't do numbers you can only do letters it says that numbers you can't do so it's not really good so don't download it please if you want to waste your time then go on but I doubt it.😩👎👎👎 Sorry Zoom Rooms

Worst experience worst app ever seen Idiotic app I'm not able to terminate my account in Google I asked how to terminate my zoom account it shows go to account management and account profile in that terminate account option will be there but the app is not at all showing that option. Useless app , my kind advice to the creators is to check the app working and then launch. Video quality is also worst, try it improve the app security also

Its so bad...it doesn't work whatever you make...you can't type the numbers...you can only type the letters..the moment you quit it says "ZOOM ROOMS HAS STOPPED" and if you try to enter it again it says the same thing...don't download it...don't waste your space on this bad app at all.

I have been having issues with the pairing codes and havent been able to use the app. Although it shows the app isn't compatible with my device,wounder why?

Worst app. I want to write a pairing code. Only it allows to write letters. When I type number "6". I saw there was no 6 in it. Only allows letters! 😡😠

Zoom just stopped working on my tablet with no warning. No option to use the version that worked. Useless.

This app is asking for pairing code when we 1 open the app and when I want sign in it .It doesn't sign in with google they only asking for e-mail address and password when I sign in with e-mail address they r saying its wrong e-mail It's seems this is such a stupid app I ever seen it .To he'll with this app .my data was lost idiot app .go to hell

Why Can't I Download Zoom Meeting onto my New notebook computer this morning for all my online classes.?????. This is on my phone but I can't read any of the writing on my mobile phone as the writing is to small to read. more to the point I can't see everyone online together on my Mobile Phone. please I need your Help with this mater to why I can't Download Zoom on my new Notebook Computer.?????? Can this be done.?????. ONE STAR.

Never had the opportunity to use it I just installed it to hopefully use it in my court case zoom meetings and my zoom doctor appointments I never even open the app I finally uninstalled it because I needed space so I don't know much about it sorry

Complete rubbish, I cant use it on my tablet without pairing with a mac or pc. I was able to use the past version on my tablet where I prefer to have a zoom meting
