Got a delivery on an icy night. Food was hot, delivery was prompt and driver was friendly and professional.
Delivery arrival timing is a lil off but otherwise this is great

Some places don't use Zoomer. They will show up early. Usually while you're super busy. Or in the bathroom.

The app provided confusing info, saying both that the car was far away and that the food was nearly here. After a few minutes of "nearly here" message variants, I got a call from the delivery person. I expected the map to either auto-update or display a message that it wasn't updating, but instead it silently refused to update.
Didn't know this app existed. Provided accurate service. Wondering if this service is available in Michigan... If I had one suggestion, it would be to show once food has been prepared and leaving restaurant. (The status at the bottom kept saying "Food is being prepared". The time of arrival was exact.
This app is terrible. I get a delivery estimate and then it changes multiple times to account for other people getting their food first and the last three times I used it I have waited more than an hour for my food, which inevitably arrives cold. Certainly not what I pay a hefty fee for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but I am fed up and out of patience. I will not be ordering food from any restaurants that use this app in the future.
This app is a godsend to me I get distracted so easily trying to watch clock I'm so ADD highly recommend it. The ETA was accurate, said he was running g on time when he pulled up lol though
The delivery time just defaulted to 19 mins every time I left and reopened the app. But, it was relatively accurate about the position of the driver when the food was dispatched, though the car on the map arrived a bit ahead of the actual guy, and it was cool to watch the car moving.
This app automatically puts your address in and doesn't allow you to manually change it if it's wrong. :edit. They finally fixed the address and I was able to get one delivery. Now everytime I try to use it, it says that it can't connect to the server so won't let me order. Annoying.
