Don't waste your time with this App! This app is so primitive, it feels as if it were developed in the Myspace era, forgotten, then released with no updates today. Is not user friendly, notifications barely (if not never) work, you can't use your own phones back button to navigate, drop down menus should have some signifiers, discussion boards need an organized option and a notification to what boards have new comments. All around, worst app ever used. Find another option.
the update on the app made it so I cant see my hours. I can still see them on PC. but some of my staff dont own laptops or computers. just phones and tablets. if this isn't fixed soon will need to find a new app.
previous version was so easy to use. new patch has realllyy slowww response time per tab and every button. Edit: giving 1 star since most clock ins/clock outs dont register. Geez
it was fine until i updated it! Now i cant even open the app! i uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesnt work. it was fine until the updates.
Hard to manuever can't see all available shifts constantly updating go back to original & stop messing with the set up

This app constantly freezes and it's not my phone because I've had the phone at the store.
The app stopped allowing me to clock in or out & sometimes has no information on scheduling when I first open it
Authorization goes off, it's so much pain entering pass right before a shift

The moment I open it, I just get a blank screen with 'Choose an Account' written at the top, and I can't do anything about it. Please help.
It was a good app at first. I liked how I could see my hours, projected pay, current hours, and current pay but now that it's gone it's not such a great app anymore. Doesn't let me clock in half the time and sometimes wont let me clock out. My opinion is it needs to go back how it used to be.
Earlier it let you clock in/out without GPS "it will be sent for a review blabla", now it works only in that very place. And knowing your bugs with GPS... it's not a reliable comfy app for me anymore :(

Zoomshift is great when it actually works properly. The majority of the time it does not. After clocking in for a shift, after a few hours Zoomshift says I am not clocked in, so I'm unable to clock out. My work has told us when this happens to just clock in a second time, then out immediately. Once you clock in a second time, it will sometimes say you are already clocked in, even though the first screen says you're not, and the clock out button isn't clickable. Now whenever I try to open the app (even after force stops, and uninstall/reinstall), I get the error "you do not have permission to do that" upon opening. It doesn't give me the option to click anything before I get this error, so it's essentially telling me I don't have permission to use the app itself.. Please fix this so we can continue using Zoomshift.
It's great for my work with Sparkly Cleaning LLC out here in Milwaukee, so far so good.
The software itself is amazing. I run a horseback riding lessons business and use it to manage each of my horses's workloads to make sure no one is getting over or under worked in lessons. The app is basic. The desktop version of the software is much better and functionally robust. The app is good for a quick view in the morning of my lesson schedule for the day and what horse I need when, but as far as building out the weekly schedule, it's still better to do on my laptop. If I have to do it on my phone, I just open the website in chrome and do a Desktop View on it. The app, for what it is, does its job well. The entire product, especially the desktop interface, is well worth the subscription.
