Horrible experience. I had placed a dinner order in evening. It didn't get delivered to me. When I called the helpline, they simply disconnected the call saying there was some network error at their end due to which they did not confirm the order. No prior communication. No refund initiated. Also, so late at night, not sure how I will arrange my dinner! Terrible service.

Horrible first hand experience ! With the things getting advanced and us getting tech savvy, thought why not lets try ordering food in train but it's still better to carry our own food in journey. At least you get to eat rather than just seeing your order details in app and not getting anything in actual. Ordered food and kept waiting at Moradabad station but guess what, noone turned up. Had to settle with some snacks for dinner that we had. Terrible!

Unable to cancel my order. Trying to reach out to customer and the hotel. Getting no response from both the end. If I have to pay for the unwanted order, then this is going to be the last I am using this facility of Irctc. Very much annoying! There should be a cancellation option upto a certain period of time

Deserves zero stars. Don't use this service to order food. Nobody turned up, even after order was confirmed. Even got a call from restaurant to confirm the order and confirm seat number. Nothing else is available at this time, I was relying on them. Pathetic service. Didn't even provide delivery guy's number. Customer service said we can't do anything as train has left the station. Luckily I chose cash on delivery option.

I used the app for the first time, placed order for my friend at 11:00AM for order to be delivered at 6:00PM. They haven't delivered my prepaid order and no one reached out to me regarding what happens as to why they didn't deliver the order. For refund as well I had to call twice, trice to get it processed. Don't use this app. Waste of time and money.

Order not delivered, called up customer service, first they said the person is on the way. When I asked them to check the expected time and call back, I was given an excuse that the delivery person was stopped somewhere by someone. Have asked for refund, I am told it will be done in 2 - 3 days. Will wait to see if they deliver on their commitment. Definitely not ordering from here again!

I paid 590 rs for a 3 meals on my train. I got a message saying the delivery was confirmed and it never got delivered. I didn't get any messages after that. Give me my money back ASAP. This is a scam. No option to cancel or refund available in the app. I need my money back in my account within a week. Thats all.

This app is simply stealing money from user's pocket. They never deliver any food but take all the money. IRCTC is also a part of this loot. I used IRCTC app but they handed over the order to this app. I didnt get my food delivered and after all efforts I didn't get my money back. Both IRCTC and zoop are CHOR. Worst App ever used. I have ordered food they charged huge amount for two parcels. Food was so worst that I've trown out and purchased from local vendors. Food was cold, roti were wet, paneer sabji don't have single piece of paneer. I have been trying to contact Zoop for complain about food since last feb and they either cut down my call or says they will revert in 24 hours. But there is no reply from there side. Kindly don't use this app better u take from local vendors.

Worst Food Vendors, The App, The Customer service is Good, but what about the Food Vendors, Particularly the one at Solapur Jn Station where I ordered Butter Chicken and Curd Rice, both were a disaster. I suggest kindly get food from home or from on board pantry. I wonder who is incharge of your franchise development or vendor development. It's such a pity.

I recieved not a very good quality food, but when i reported in the app feedback section. Later, i got call from Riya Kumari who helped me a lot and she provided me compensation of my order. And she was really nice and polite to me, only because of her I am giving this app 3 star, either the primary services wasn't that good, but the secondary support was nice. Now I am happy with the customer care services.

Worst Food delivery Company, had ordered food, had ordered food but no delivery, I was solely dependent on them for lunch but after that station, I had to wait for 3 hours for getting food at the station. If you are unable to deliver the food then close your business immediately. Why are you serving trouble to the customers.

Ordered food which was supposed to be delivered at Kota at 9:15PM while travelling to Mumbai. Despite confirming the order on call and train reaching on time they weren't able to deliver the food. We kept waiting at our seats at Ujjain station but no one turned up or they were not even reachable. We didn't had other good options for dinner at late in night, we were relying on them.

Worst service. Zero rating not available. Not received the delivery of order 67757433 at scheduled Miraj station. My 80 year old father and myself have to remain without food for 12 hrs journey. No alternate arrangements made or any revert from customer care.
