This app only works half the time if you are lucky. Company needs to fix the issues with the app. Cameras and computer with hard drive works great and pictures from cameras clear and crisp day and night live the system. But the app is the worst app I ever used.
Still not working correctly....auto to talk to people does not work anymore.....Since update doesn't save application alarm notifications and now you can't hear the person talking through the camera to you through the phone. I have all the notifications on and everything. Fix what ever is wrong with the app Please!!
Horrible, spend the money and get a good system, like Swann. Zosi is a bunch of people out of the country who don't understand or speak English at all. App is always crashing, won't send notifications, and won't show you motion detection. Its a joke for the money i wasted on it. Customer service is useless, takes days to respond, and unclear on what they're saying. 100% do not recommend.
ok.. but I think since it updated in June, I cant use playback on the phone app, it will pull it up, but it wont let you rewind from any starting point. like the timeline is missing, please fix
I've bought two of these and the first one worked well for one month then it would no longer work with my phone. I've downloaded the QR code and it will not work. I can't get a phone number to call them for assistants. Bought another one and get the same problems so I sent it back waiting for my money to be returned.
The app rarely works, same with the cameras they last about a month, then when you get replacements they dont work at all! App is always saying wrong password out of nowhere.
Now this doesn't show alarm which is raised by motion detection. Earlier it was showing however something changed with latest version. Please fix this ASAP
They broke their app. Signing in locally is now not possible! The "local experience" option has been removed for a clean install of the app. Still broken still useless!
Yet another bad feature, it takes control of my phones brightness! It doesn't have permission to do this and there is no mention of it in the permissions list!
When it's running good, the app is great. But most times the viewing timeout only giving you viewing on some, not all, cameras.
App keeps freezing. Have to uninstall and install every time you need to open the app. They need to fix the glitches and update the app.
I bought this camera system so i can look at my house when i am not at home but this app is useless and the manual dont show you how to properly setup your device to your phone. No customer service help either. A big waste of time and money
Doesn't work most of the time!! Real annoying!! update: Now the damn thing says invalid username/password and the camera's only show what was recorded from last fall! this app is a joke!!
No longer saves alarm notifications in app. No rewind or fast forward Needs major work. Gets the job done i guess.
Great video quality. It does sometimes disconnect from wifi so when I'm not home I have issue viewing them.
this is the worse. If you get daylight savings time the app doesn't recognise it . Support ppl don't speak English. i think they use a translation software it's so bad I'm returning it
This app has always been very temperamental. I've downloaded the update & now it's saying offline, failed to play! Very frustrating.
This app crashes before I can even open it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail. Truly a terrible app!
I love this app! It's allow me to focus on the CCTV Camera, it's really work, you just type your phone number and your password and then there, your own CCTV Camera.
This software was recently overhauled and updated. I can see no problems with it. It works really well and is easy to use.
Ever since update it's having a connecting problem. It takes too long to get all of your cameras to load.
Quick question, Why 2 ways audios are no longer working? Don't hear anything when people talk back or noise from the background.
extremely not useful. have bought zosi camera system unfortunately. apps are very old school and completely out dated. very slow and poor
I see all the negative reviews I dont know if something was fixed before I got it or what but it works fine for me not a lot of delay no serious issues actually no issues yet at all maybe I got lucky I dont know but I'm happy with it
If it would just connect, it would be just fine! Update: use I p pro 3. Works so much better!!
App crashes before it loads. How the hell can I set up a security wifi system with a broken app
Ok so the brightness is one thing, it doesn't actually alert for anything... it recorded me setting up one camera, but was useless. It needs access to device for no reason. Like storage when it doesn't store anything... going to trash this system when a better brand arrives.
