Order came wrong. No obvious way within the app to let them know so they can refund the items that were missing. (I'll update the review when/if this is taken care of).
Order was wrong, no way to notify anyone on the ap, called the store and they could care less. They said the app should have notified my but it didn't, so too bad. I just paid $11 for hardly anything because they had no brown rice for my bowl. So disappointing.
No way to refund through the app or website, or 3rd party. Got 2 wrong items.
I have a reward for a free fountain drink, but I can't redeem it on the app because a fountain drink is not a beverage option.
Can't sign into the app. No one to contact.
It does keep your information nor does it tell you what rewards you've earned!
Can't verify email with spendgo so can't use crashes too
Would rate zero, can't even find its own store locations

Pick up works fine, delivery is forwarded to Postmate or another delivery service, no return number.. driver marked delivery as delivered when it was not.. Zoup store has NO access to the delivery person... no accountability at all..not the apps fault but this is a very poor set up.. period..
