It crashes after 3 seconds. Also, have to admit that I usually connect to my routers, whatever brand, via their dedicated IP address. Hoped with this app, I could manage my ZTE router from the app. But it crashes after showing the router on the main screen. Can't do any editing. Guess, I will just have to use the IP instead. Edit: Reverted to last version. Suggestion: Auto logout is counterproductive. You won't know if you exceeded your limit as you will be warned once you login when it's late.

It's a decent app but still has some downsides. There is no blacklist meaning I can not block or unblock a user in the app. Also, I can not see the battery percentage in the app. Those are important additions that will make the app get 5 stars.. I hope you fix that as soon as possible. Thanks

If there is 10 stars. I would love to give this app. I have unable to access my WiFi modem admin messages through local host (Chrome and other browsers) but have been unable to do so. It has been so frustrating for months now. I always have to remove the SIM from the WIFI to my phone just to preview message. But lovely you guys solved my months frustration. I love this app so much. You guys are so GOOD. You can't know how much am happy about this.. ❤❤❤❤❤

It is a great app to use, I have used it for 2 years with my old portable Wifi router, however, I renewed my contract and received a MTN Hisense H220m MIFI Router with Chipest : ZTE ZX297520V3 and I am having a problem in seeing the battery level, everything else works fine, except the battery indicator, which is staying on 0% even if the router is fully charged.

I've downloaded both your ZTE apps to access my ZTE286D router. Neither will let me log in using the default admin password. Absolute junk app. Hope the router works better than your apps!!! Terrible

Works pretty well... However today I tried connecting to the app to check my usage and I keep getting an error that says "connect to ZTE hotspot" I have always been connected to my ZTE router and haven't disconnected. I have restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app, also forgotten the WiFi and reconnected but still get the error.

its not bad, but i found some issues. 1. the battery percentage is always showing that 30%. if it is 100% or if it is used or its charging, is always showing 30% only and it is not changing. 2. There is no option for blocking unwanted users like if I found a person is using my Wi-Fi without informing me, I cannot block him because there is no option to block him. I was using Huawei Wi-Fi before and that router have a option for blocking the unwanted users so they cannot connect to my router.

App works fine but has room for improvements. I would greatly appreciate having the following options: 1) A way to block and unblock devices connected to my wifi 2) A way to create schedules to turn off and on the router. 3) Displaying battery level on my notification bar 4) Alerts when battery has reached a set threshold say 20%

1. this page does not show when app was last updated. 2. app apparently has it's own idea what the password to web portal is despite that being what came on device. 3. reading reviews, I can't block MAC addresses. 4. I needed to change DNS ADDRESSES but unable because I couldn't log in (see #2) 5. UNINSTALLED because unusable.

I can't set my router setting on 4g only mode. Pls let the users of router customize their connection setting and empower them to turn on 4g only mode. Because many customers like me reside in village and rural area where full signal of mobile network is not available. And sometimes router networks flactuate between 4g and 3g. As a result We Don't get stable connection. So pls add an option to turn on 4g only mode in this app.

Useless with ZTE ADSL Router. Connected to WiFi provided by ancient ZTE ZXV10 H108L ZTE gateway. My provider is Ukrtelecom. The app says, quote, Wi-Fi not connected or connected to a non-ZTE device. Useless.

Great app and easy to use. However I could not find a way to remove unwanted devices connected to the mifi. I would suggest an update to include this function.

This app really isn't that useful... Would be best to be able to use USSD with it.. Also should be able to make changes like select the number of devices to connect to. I mean, give it the full features so we don't have to use the web version.. That's the best thing to do. Is asking for a USSD option too much to ask? Common guys..

The app is not much useful as compared to Huawei or other companies. There is no option to block or limit data to users. No option to always show battery percentage on mobile notification bar or low and full charge notification alerts.

Firstly i have to log in Everytime i open the app, secondly i can't disconnect a phone connected to my mifi, thirdly you cannot restart or switch off mifi via the app, fourthly i can't access my text messages. Not satisfied at all

I need to be able to have the power to block/ban other users mac address or IP address. I was using Huawei Mi-Fi and there were so many functionalities to it. It has an excellent app as well. Make your app as good or even better than Huawei's pls. ZTE please update your app ASAP.

The app is good in some area, kindly add USSD to check and enable it to access phonebook, also to to check balances and make call with the sim on ZTE WiFi device without removing the sim, this will make ZTELink a great one

It doesn't have the block and unblock access to other devices which is disappointing. Plz can u create this feature 🙏 i had to remove sim from router and put on my phone because i could not unblock access to someone i was helping out.

It would be great if I can manage the user connected to my router via the app. If I can remove them or keep them, and ussd option if data is finished

I wish to give a 15 start. What I have been trying to do that hasn't worked viabthe web just worked via the app. Now I can view my messages.😊😊

It was working fine when I first installed it a week or so ago, but now it's telling me that my router is not a ZTE router and therefore it cannot connect :(

I love the app but the problem is that people always connect to my router without my permission i try changing the password but afta a day or two when i check connected devices there is always devices that i dnt know

I am currently using ZTE MF927U pocket router from Bangladesh. The router has an issue that is no one can use the brand new sim card given by the operator of Banglalink.I contact the local zte service center but they are unable to give me solution. So Please make the issue sloved. (N.B. I am always on 4g coverage area.)

Please this app is so bad that I can't dial up on the app and even website. I mean if I want to check my account balance on the sim no space for that unlike the Huawei mifi I used. You guys needs lots of updates. A device can't be disconnected on the app.

lots of problems!! sometimes the router don't start! the USSD option not working, it's a very important option to check balance and data, but this is not working. plz plz fix this problem 🙏🙏🙏

Mf286d wont accept the password and I cant access text messages threw the website. Really annoying. I will change feedback to 5 star if fixed.

I really expected more from this router. It gives you Internet, but zero control. You cannot even see data usage per IP or Mac address. So what can you do? Not much really, switch on and off mobile data... I have the MF286C

This App is really annoying. I downloaded it already but can't connect my ZTE pocket wifi. What a waste of time & specialy Data! Please fix this!
