The app (Android) is super bad. Ultimately, I request a ride but it just loads / spins saying that it's looking for a driver. I never get confirmation that a driver is on the way. Sometimes the driver shows up sometimes the ride is canceled. It's pretty frustrating. If I didn't have a corporate account that pays for my cab rides, I definitely stick with Uber a Lyft. Way better systems. The drivers are always fine, the cabs are fine. They just really have to step there game up when it comes to t

It's better to call. The drivers are courteous, it's a lot cheaper than the alternatives and they take cash. On the other hand, the app is C.R.A.P. and it will give false confirmation on rides. I reserved thru the app because I found that in the destination I needed to go to, Uber and Lyft are ridiculously more expensive. Upon booking, I received an email the ride was complete but I was never picked up! This was about 20 min after booking. I had to call it in, book over the phone and used they provided the excuse that the driver must have accidentally completed the ride when confirming... I don't believe that for a sec because then that's just admitting incompetence. I ended up being late to the event I had to be at due to the 30 min longer wait to have another ride come thru even through my original booking was well in advance. Don't waste your time with the app because even when you book ahead, they come late or not at all. It makes me wonder if it's worth biting the bullet with Uber and Lyft just to ensure I'm on time.

Seriously, this is the worst.app.ever. I just downloaded the upgrade that was emailed to me, hoping it really did provide improvements (you know, like actually being able to get a ride). Now it won't even open. I restarted the phone=did not open. Then uninstalled/reinstalled=did not open. Stupid thing DOES NOT OPEN, let alone function.

Horrible, don't trust this app, use the yellow cab number to book trips (I don't even recommend cabs, but if you must, don't use this app). I made a pick up schedule, it showed me my cab driver on the map and said he was on the way. Then, moments before he arrived, it popped up on my screen and said "Did you enjoy your ride?" and charged me $10 dollars. Then my driver arrived, and I still had to directly pay for my trip. I was charged twice. Trash app that is broken and can't be trusted.

Forces you to rate every trip. The app is not listed as one of the reasons for your positive/negative experience. I can't book a ride now because it's stuck on an incomplete trip which it does not allow you to rate but it's still forcing me to rate it. This app deserves zero stars. The app does not allow you to edit your "favourites". My least favorite app ever! When launching the app you have to wait for it to dumb it's way thru closing the the last trip, which includes forcing you to rate it

HORRIBLE! I have used Ztrip every day to get to work since they started. And now since this update I have been late every day. Half the time app won't load. It used to say exactly how many minutes away the driver was not there is no eta at all. That's just one of the things that wrong with it! Ugh going to have to switch to Lyft!

The same old taxi nonsense, but now in app form! $10 per extra stop! $10 for "excessive baggage"! $10 if you cancel! Didn't even read all the way through the terms before bailing on this bulls***. I don't even care if Uber is more than a taxi, this nonsense was why everyone switched in the first place.

This app is useless and the drivers are very unreliable and dishonest. I was sent confirmation that my request for a ride had been accepted. The cab I was sent pulled up to the curb (the driver matched the photo and the cab number matched what I was sent), but he said my ride was cancelled and he was there for someone else. The ride was definitely not cancelled on my end until he got into his car and cancelled it right in front of me. Awful service with awful drivers. Get an Uber or Lyft instead

When I try to create an account and get to the point where I am supposed to accept the term and conditions, the app freezes up and I cannot go any further with it. I have tried to create an account 5 separate times now and it freezes up every time.

Tried to update and change to my new email address. This app would not allow the change. I attempted to contact customer service by phone and email. When I finally got through to each one, I explained the situation, and got zero help that solved the problem. Now, I can bot log into the app. Period. This company has no customer service and is totally inept and incompetent.

This cab service is unreliable, and not user friendly. The drivers have been accommodating, but customer service was unable to properly communicate. The app itself is not user friendly either, makes setting up personal info, or reviews too vague.

I don't like extra baggage of an app for a taxi. I'd rather use a browser i more so trust inway of security. Ease of use for Ztrip is okay. Their AI I'd say is awesome, if not amazingly good service. Reps I've dealt with on the phone have been great, nice, caring, and to the point. Overall very professional company, I believe, too to bottom. Above average score 'dinged' by my absence of knowlegde of this application's security. I'd love to try out beta!

ztrip is always late even if it's an emergency if you book it in the mornings then there 30 minutes early. then expect to to show before it you book it. they need to fix it or hire more people . I would not suggest this app or car ride for anyone you would be better off catching a ride from a friend or someone that is able to pick you up on time. please don't waste your money if they can not be there on time because they still expect you to pay the full amount that you put.this is the worst app

Everything I call or schedule a ride with them I never seem to be picked up but one time. When I call to find out about my ride it always tells me it's looking for a diver. So I always have to cancel the ride and find an other rude to work which causes me to be late. Not good business. Wouldn't recommend this app or company. I thought taxi's go to pick people up all over San Antonio TX. But I guess not.

The drivers cancel without telling you, and the wait times are ridiculous. The app in and of itself is laggy, it could be so much better than this. I remember when coastal and checkered taxi were here, they actually came on time and were decent. This company is sorely lacking.

3 times i have tried to use this service. 1010 Taxi.. Ztrip..the booking process is somewhat daunting but managable. However, upon completing such booking(s), the app did not coordinate or connect with any driver thus, we were in the dark wondering if a driver would pick us up. We were left no way of convo except via dispatch, whom had no answer regarding any times or pick up. After waiting 30 min, and calling a friend, driver showed, blacklisting our number(s) yet, not once he called.

Horrible app!!!!!!! Never ever have i been able to get this app to open properly! Its like its not even an app jus a screen tht shows up for a moment..then closes out. Google says the app stopped running. I wld give it a negative star rating if it were an option. Extremely frustrating when needing a ride an having it booked and waiting for the driver to arrive...having no idea when they will arrive ot if they will arrive at all. No vehicle information...totally in the dark about the entire ride!

Tried the app, set up account etc...booked route to airport, after 1hr 30 min no driver accepted route. canceled, got a uber in 15 min. I'm glad I wasn't in hurry. Side note, once an account is made in the app and a payment method added, you can not delete or change your payment method. you have to email cust support to delete payment info and or account. STAY AWAY.

Yall need to do better as a whole!!!! Shouldn't be no reason why I have to wait 2-4 hours, having to make multiple phone calls trying to get a Ztrip. One driver didn't even wait a minute before pulling up. And on top of that didn't pull up to the right house. Do better or just throw the whole ztrip away.

Asks for account details, but won't accept any credit card numbers. Doesn't say how long until a driver will come. Basically pointless and useless. It's a shame because now the taxis are the cheaper option.

Absolutely terrible. Needed a ride to a doctors appt. For a test.....booked 12 hours in advance but when it was time nobody showed up/ app kept saying trying to find a driver. First time using these people and will be last time... they are unreliable. If you dont have drivers you should have notified me earlier and i might have been able to get another service..i dont reccomend this service

The connection between Ztrip and Yellow cab company is minimal at best. Multiple drivers have stated that they do not receive all the jobs dispatched by the app. Either someone from Yellow Cab should fix their dispatching system, or the creators of this app need to adjust the bugs to make for a better experience.

For whatever reason I was having difficulty booking a trip. Once booked it took an excessive amount of time for them to locate a driver. After waiting 25-30 minutes I was finally assigned a driver, just to have that driver cancel my booked trip without a phone call or explanation. I then had to repeat the process which again took an abnormal amount of time to book as well as locate another driver. I have used ztrip many times before and never had an issue such as this.

Totally unreliable service! Ordered a cab 12 hours in advance. 1 hour before my ride they called to confirm. When my ride didn't arrive I called he service and was told that they cancelled my ride without notifying me! They were unwilling to assist me further and hung up on me while I was requesting more information! I've lived in NYC and traveled the US, but I've never had such a horrible experience with a ride service!!

The app just doesn't work and I have a galaxy s8. It will just sit there loading despite having great internet connection and a fast phone. Update a year later. Now I just went into Uber and ztrip opened itself 3 times taking me out of. the Uber app. Had to keep pressing back button

The last time I called for a cab it took 2 hours I finally cancelled. Ridiculous! The time before I was at Walmart waking it was 3 hours I couldn't believe it. I had tried the second time thinking it was a flux. You need more drivers! Poor service seriously! And I kept getting automatic call telling me they were looking for a driver form me. That only made it worse! Unbelievable!

Booked my first ride and after 15 minutes I called the driver.. He claimed to be 20 miles away.. I live in one of the most populated cities in the United States, so I find that highly unlikely. Tried to cancel the ride and was not allowed to by the app.. If it doesn't work in one of the 10 most populated areas, it won't work anywhere. Surely I'm not the only one to experienced this and come to this conclusion
