We really enjoyed this app in the beginning. We've had it for nearly 5 years and we have a 5 units but here lately in the last 6 months or so the trackers have not been accurate and as of today I am having problems again. I'm not sure what they have changed recently but it is causing a lot of problems. I'm also over the only communication which is via email. You should be able to talk to someone over the phone. There are other options out there an we are seriously considering reviewing them
Really great application have had the module in two different cars. Gives you peace of mind as to knowing where your minor children are at when they start driving. Initially I had trouble with the Wi-Fi/hot spot module. The staff at Zubie we're not able to get the bugs out of that module so they sent me a new module without the Wi-Fi / hotspot. Which really wasn't necessary to have any way. Keep up the good work, thanks!
Works great. Not cheap. I find it worth it. Just wish the fleet options were more flexible. Should be able to just add one or two cars.
Last update makes the app too different from what you see on desktop website. Live view not even close to the same. 7.20.19. app does not. work half the time cannot see where vehicles are even after upgrading.
Device doesn't work, even after extensive customer "support" (4+ weeks worth!) Via email. Company will not provide phone or chat support, even though they claim they do. Response time is slow. Very very bad customer service, and the product still doesn't work.
since the update, Zubie doesn't work properly. when I try to view different trucks previous routes Zubie only shows Truck 4 only. I can't go back and view previous days for different trucks!
No matter what they tell you, the annual subscription is not refundable in any portion or manner once you buy it. They make sure you're locked in.
No phone support AT ALL. have been emailing for weeks trying to get my devices set up. They sure had no problem charging my card.
Customer service are a bunch of morons.--Update. After many, many emails and finally a phone call, the issue was sorted out to my satisfaction.
Very helpful to manage time and drivers habits. Also code errors very helpful for maintaining fleets are in good mechanical condition.
not consistent. this app is excellent when it works. Unfortunately, it does not work 90% of the time.
Super lag times. Sometimes hours before it updates. Zubie support said I would have to upgrade to a more expensive plan to get real time update.
When it works, it is a useful tool but 90% of the time it is glitchy or significantly delayed.
signed up for one year, charged for three. never worked as advertised, super spotty gps. saved your money.
Works great and helps keep tabs on all drivers and their driving habits!
This product works great when it will stay connected. Connectivity can be an issue
We have used Zubie for almost 3 years and until recently have not had any issues. Lately it has not been picking up a few ofnour devices correctly which causes issues within our schedules. Not sure if there was an update but it is extremely frustrating.
