Complained on helpline and also by visiting hospital but still same error on Note 8. "The file could not be downloaded. Please save the file to your local storage and then try to open it." Why don't you send reports on registered email, why unnecessary steps to open application and then download? Think for a moment report results exceptionally bad and you forgot to inform patient and even patient could not access these, then hospital will be responsible, isn't it? Think over it.
App needs to upgrade as i am unable to see the doctor's profile fully it has a issue while scrolling down. Also the app doesn't store any my past medical reports as well which is very sad.
USELESS. Unable to open Lab Reports. I don't know what format are reports in. Doesn't open with pdf, neither with office, nor Word.

Zulekha hospital application better than before. I've been using this app for a while but now the UI and the user experience is like never before.. Simply loved this app. Cheers to Zulekha App.
Most of the options point to website which is disappointing, every page asking details(ex.Appointments & lab reports), purpose of the app should be ease of use.uninstalling...
Not user friendly, unable to sign up, unable to reset pin, unable to reset user ID. Poor App Development
The report function does not work at all. I really don't understand why the hospital insists on downloading the app
The app needs big enhancements It's almost impossible to view lab reports from app for 2 or 3 patients

Can't signup in the app. while submitting app is crashing and the nationality button is not working
You need to enter the pin number and mobile number every time you open the app. Not at all user friendly.
Really it is useless application 😒 difficult to download the lab report ... I don't find any benefit of having it
I tried 5 times to register and every time it asked for language and no space for language. Silly app
Very poor service, too much queue and long wait for patient. Confirmation is always delay! Staff not approachable! Worst clinic ever...

View your reports tap while downloading pdf file frequently it shows errors unable to down load for every report i got notified

Worst medical app, just making money business, processing at counter takes 30mins , useless service, still working like any third world government organisation, useless app.
