Zulily: New Deals Every Day

The various items are great, but shipping is crazy long and you don't know exactly how long it's going to take. Price comparisons are wrong and you can get the same items for cheaper elsewhere. The app is horrible. Search doesn't work right, can't look for specific types of clothing, sometimes can't filter by size, all the designer curated "events" show the same thing repeatedly. Color variations not shown. Needs updating.

Why bother when shipping is over a month out? They had kids sandals on sale today. Summer just started, perfect! Except that when I go to check out, it says that the shoes may not ship out for over a month, and may take up to two weeks to arrive after shipping. So I hit the sale on sandals and might get lucky if they get here before summer ends? The stuff I wanted to get for myself was not as bad on the shipping times, but they hardly have XS in anything and the sorting is a mess.

Products come in well packaged. Not a long wait. Product quality is usually right on. With decent instructions and tools to put together. Lots of choices in a product to choose from. Usually good descriptions so you know what your getting. Fair prices. Could have better sales & incentives for frequent shoppers. Questions answered. Haven't had to return anything yet. Thanks

I've ordered many shoes for myself and my girl off here with no issues at all. love the cart security code feature, keeps the 5 year old from shopping. I'm disappointed to see the size search filters taken away. please bring it back, I need more shoes!!

I Love shopping with Zulily, it's easy and their products are Great and if you're not please with any items you have ordered they make it easy to return that merchandise if it's returned back in good condition,I love how they make it easy for you. I'm sure you will love it too 🤗 Try them

Like Zulily...app won't work. Can't put anything in my basket. When I try it just goes to a loading page and never moves. Can't buy things if the app doesn't work.

I can find just about anything I need at Zulily. Pricing is exceptional and if you have account can pay in 3 payments. Love the variation, quality and receive quiet fast.

This company dosent deserve any starts my mom bought me a bathing suit and she had 90$ in credit but the bathing suit was 25$ plus the tax and shipping wich rounds up to 32$ we bought it but the total was 40$ their quality is horrible and cheap.I dont recommend this company

Zulily is a service that collects orders until it has enough for large order discounts then the order is placed. If you need something right now order on Amazon but if you can wait and want a good price, use Zulily. Plain and simple.

The app is fine but the quality of products and horrible return process is why Im dropping shopping on Zulily. I ordered a coat, took about a month to arrive, it was thin and not like what I thought at all. Wore it 1 time and 2 of the snaps fell off. Bought a dress, wanted to return it only to discover that I have to return it via USPS. Ummm, I work 50 hrs a week, no way I'm getting to a Post office anytime soon. Be much easier if I could return via UPS or FedEx.

So my original review was a glowing 5 stars, written in 2018. Fast forward to pandemic patience or lack thereof 2022 - and not being able to make returns on items purchased without the ability to verify sizing is just not working or viable anymore, I am sorry to say. I truly hope this changes and soon as I can't keep buying belts to hold up my items!

Zulily is a pure breath of fresh air for fashion and price!! There is such a variety of styles that I truly believe that there is something for every gal out there. I am so greafull for this app. Love it!

I'm obsessed with zulily. I see complaining about quality of clothing or shipping taking long but the expected shipping time is visible for each item before purchasing. Also, there are SO MANY quality name brands on zulily for WAY cheaper, that you don't need to go for the unknown "lower quality" brands if you don't want to. You can also do split payments, first one upon purchase and the second the following month. You can find almost anything on this site. Customer service is great as well.

I do love shopping it's Zulily. Great prices I don't know about exchanges because I've never had to send anything back and I've been shopping there for almost 5 years

Zulily seems to be having problems. Nothing is working. I uninstalled and then installed but nothing is loading up.

I enjoy the discounts but it takes soooo long to get your package... still waiting for a 3pk of Martha Stewart readers I ordered on 2/25/22... today's date is 4/11/22.…

Not sure what the point of some of the categories are if there's nothing in them. It's impossible to navigate effectively And overall unappealing. Not worth trying to figure it out

It's nice to order different looks. But...Orders take forever to be delivered. Everything is coming from outside the US. Sizes are not accurate- order MUCH larger than you think you should.

I'm uninstalling this app when I finish writing this. Almost everything sold here is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. I have actually responded to emails and asked if they sold any clothing made of cotton. They sent me a link, but it was all polyester spandex. I'm done

I tried to return an item for the first time, and the app kept freezing as soon as I hit "return item". I restarted my phone and the same thing happened. I finally got the return started by going directly to the website and skipping the app. Apps have a glitch or two every once in awhile, I get that, but this seems oddly convienent. Also, a $9 return charge on a t-shirt, kind of high, although it was stated loud and clear ahead of the purchase.

Zulily is getting me into trouble!! I cannot help myself with this app! With all the different brands and items they carry, along with the super cheap prices, it's impossible for me not to keep shopping! The items are of good quality (almost always) and just the huge range of products is amazing! I especially love the storage/organization items and the home decor! Great stuff! Love Zulily and highly recommend!

Ordered some clothes from here; most of it is going to be returned. Most of the items I ordered were not accurately represented by the photos/descriptions on the app. The quality (of both the fabric and production) is poor, even for the price. The sizing is way off, too. I ordered small/extra small and the fit is more like a medium/large. Overall, just a really disappointing experience. Absolutely would not recommend. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I've only made 3 or 4 orders. One order I received a stained item, the other item took over 3 weeks to arrive. They were quick to fix any inconveniences and offer credits. What is not ideal is the shipping time. You have no idea when you place your order the ETA. Shipping is 7.99, I'd want things to arrive a little more timely. And, if you want to return anything, the charge is $8. I'm on the fence about zulily. Customer service is fine, but the time and cost may not be worth it.

I love Zulily, but this app is another story. A major complaint that I have, is that when I perform a customized search, if I press the back button (after looking at a specific item), it makes me perform the search all over again. It would be nice if it kept the search filters and took me back to the search results, instead of making me restart the entire search simply because I clicked on a product in the search results. Also, there's no search by "low-high" & "high-low" filter option. Fix pls!

When shopping on the website you are able to see the different color choices for the same item. That saves time from searching through endless pages. But really I am not a fan of Zulily at all. The comparison prices given are beyond ridiculous! The items take forever to arrive and are often not what was advertised. Return credit is a joke. I canceled an order and wasn't supposed to be charged but was! BUYER BEWARE.

I use Zulily a lot and have created a wonderful, unique wardrobe as a result. However, I have some deep frustrations with the app. 1. It doesn't allow the customer to open up orders to review details or photos. If I could go back and look at photos I would certainly share with others and this is a lost marketing opportunity for Zulily. 2. No wishlists or frequent user incentives. 3. Gift cards are a mess! I gave one for Xmas and it completely screwed up the app and my account. Frustrated!

You can't search for a specific style of clothing; for example, I wanted to look at lace blouses but the search engine doesn't recognize keywords. I could only search under the general category "Tops" and then I had to look through t-shirts, button-down shirts, pullover knits, etc. on the outside chance of finding what I was looking for. When I added an item to my "basket", it disappeared as soon as I clicked "Continue shopping" so it was a total waste of time. I uninstalled this useless app.

Every time you click on an item in the app and then click back, you're led to the very beginning of the page. Which means endless scrolling back to where you were at. Also, if you filter the sizes, etc and then click on an item, then press back it doesn't save your preferences half the time. These issues make the app too annoying to keep it.
