Zultys Mobile

This last update did something to the keyboard so I can no longer swipe and type. Completely useless now as I mainly used it for inter-office instant messaging. I tried multiple keyboards but you can no longer swipe type with any of them.

The app vibrates my phone when someone calls the business line but won't allow me to answer. The websites support section just shows useless videos and nothing else; customer service is nonexistent.

The concept for this app is great: calls to your office phone are routed to your personal cell, which is especially nice when working from home. However, the execution is a complete failure. Most of the time, I am unable to receive calls. When I do, the other caller cannot understand me because the reception is horribly broken up. Everyone else at work using this app, is experiencing the same issues.

Every update and the app gets worse. Doesn't ring half the time and when It does, pickup and can't hear the caller. Garbage !

Phone rarely rings while my office phones do. Placing a call works for one minute and five seconds (consistently), then I can no longer her the person I've called. Great for business!! What a joke.

When I have the app open it will not let my personal calls through. I need to keep the app closed to make sure I can get calls other calls. App is very slow, shows people "offline" when on my computer screen they are "online". Also make sure you use your wifi. It will go through your mobile date so fast.

Just recently, the app stopped working properly when the lock screen is on. It will allow me to answer the call, and then it immediately hangs up. Since it's not possible to unlock the screen while the phone is ringing, customers are getting hung up on. Does anyone test the latest android or app changes??

Samsung 7 edge. Horrible static for entire conversations. Uninstalled /reinstalled several times, still static. Also logs me out after approx 3 min. Terrible app, just terrible. I could go on but those are most annoying. I go out of my way but to use it, but sometimes I can't avoid it.

Since the new Android update and the new zultys mobile app update, nothing has worked. I have to keep the app open for it to work. It does not work in the background anymore completely defeating its purpose. I've gone through every Android setting and developer option possible to try and remedy this with no success.

Drops calls even when close to a wireless AP. Sometimes when I answer a call the other end can't hear me or there is a bad echo. The app will continue to ring even after I pick up my desk phone. Other than that it's ok?

This app is garbage. I do Zultys phone support as part of my job and this app is so unreliable and flakey, even on my own phone. it's behavior can change from day to day, forget about using soft phone over wifi, that's a maybe 20% success rate. Thankfully when I need to make business calls but don't want them to have my cell, I just use my free works 100% everytime Google number that I can throw away for another when I want. Do not recommend.

Very frustrating that the phone use is unreliable. My calls keep getting dropped but the time will still keep going. Yesterday I didn't even realize my call was dropped (I thought i was still on hold!) but then I got a voicemail alert that that person called back and went straight to my voicemail, it didn't even ring with a call on the other line!! Uggghhh...

There are gliches all over this app. Calls drop, inability to answer calls, messages disappear, buttons do other things, and you have to log out and in all the time. They haven't even updated it since September. We regret going with this program.

Main issue is that the mobile app now no longer shows caller id in the missed calls screen. It shows it flashing while they call,. but then just shows a number. This is killing our sales team. The app used to show caller id on this list of missed calls, but now only shows caller id if the call originates from the phone system.

App is very buggy. Dropped calls all the time. Failures to dial or connect calls. Lots of static on line as of today. This app is unreliable at best useless at worst. I'd recommend finding another way to make calls.

App works well with one big drawback, under Android 10 it will not stay running in the background, it has to be open, this is a known flaw with some apps under Android's new power management, I don't know if it's something that can be fixed by app developer's or if it's something Google has to fix.

This app is complete garbage. I need it for work and no joke I've had to uninstall and reinstall it 30+ times because it stops working. If I could avoid using this I would but with covid and having to work from home this is impossible. The developers need to do better and they need to do better NOW. This is absolutely ridiculous that this is the kind of technology we are dealing with in 2020. Get your act together.

Overall, the app is working although sometimes it crashes. But what annoys me is that the app does not stay running at the background even if you set it not to close under app battery options in android. But this same app works fine on iphone.

Awesome experience, I have great success with this app, it makes communications so easy and the features are above anyone else in the market...if you have a probkem it's because your Integrator is unfamiliar with proper settings.

Unfortunately since I've started using the Android version of the app, it had rarely worked properly and I have emailed the support email several times and never gotten a single response which is so unfortunate. If you have a support email, please respond to support questions.

At times it wont answer the call, others while im trying to talk, it distorts the other on the line. Very unreliable in connections. Extremely frustrating.

Voicemails don't show up until I log in and out maybe 2/3 times. I missed three business calls this morning because the phone didn't ring and I was sitting right beside my phone the entire time.

Using on Android Pixel 3XL and enjoy it me keeping me productive and connected anywhere and everywhere I am working. Especially cool able to IM chat, see presence of coworkers, log into call groups, make calls from local contacts in my cell phone or outlook, and pull a mobile app call to my 49G desk phone with my extension number and the *. Making and taking calls too. Nice!

It's oretty terrible. Will more often than not hangup rather than answer. Everytime it updates you have to uninstall the app then reinstall. I have a voicemail from Nov that i dont need yet it wont let me delete it.

Upping this to 5 stars. App now works as it's supposed to. I haven't had to uninstall the app and reinsall it like I used to have to do pre Covid days. Unfortunately, Covid probably forced their hand in making this app better since so many people started working from home. 5 stars.....for now.

Poor development: I have to uninstall and reinstall this app nearly every week. When i try to make phone calls, the entire app will log out and hang up the call.

Recently, I haven't been able to make calls through the app, and when I answer incoming calls, I can't hear anything from the other line. Pretty useless to keep on my phone.
