providers such as drivers, care givers, and nannies to track and
deliver child care jobs assigned to them through Zum technology
platform.

The app needs to be more efficient and intuitive for drivers. Google maps is stationary, not a live navigation and Waze is not an option. So having to manually pen Waze is a hassle. So is having to flip back forth between text app and zum app to accept new current day rides and having to work out our schedule. Waste of time. Time is money. Also, inconsistent rates and fares, and the app doesn't show a running total of what I've done and how much i'm due to be paid. Do I have to manually liketo track of my rides... I use screen shots... and how much I should get paid. Last but not least... the app takes forever to load, minutes not seconds, and it freezes and crashes often leaving me with a kid in the car and not knowing where to bring them. I have to call zum and have them text me the info.
It is a really good app and parents can easily use this app for their children. I use this app and this have no problem.
The app itself doesn't have a lot of issues. The main issue and the reason I gave it to one star is because of the navigation system. The navigation system acts up all the time it freezes, it will shut down, it will tell you that you're not there when you're there, it doesn't always pick up when you start your ride and it causes the company to call you
Zum Driver is wonderful and helpful app at present. The Zum Driver mobile app for providing safe student transportation. Now Zūm is bringing flexible, efficient, connected and sustainable student transportation to school districts, communities and families across the United States. I recommend my friends to use Zum Driver. This apps would be more interesting who likes to use kids transportation.
As a driver working with Zum is a great experience. Flexible working schedule, easy navigation and including various useful features. Have a safe journey kids!
Overall Zum has been great! Because it's a service that we use for our children, which are our most prized things in life, we tend to be more critical (for good reason)! That being said, my experience has been so positive. If there is ever confusion, our account manager (Marina - who btw is the BEST) is all over it and makes sure that all is good. I highly recommend recommend Zum, and would just make sure that you are on a first name basis with whomever manages your account.

8/20/19 - Signed up a month ago, had neighbor enroll their children. App does nothing, takes space on my phone. 8/24/19 (Update) - began to get requests (various drivers at once) via text, not on the app (why have a driver App!) You're expected to text an ETA in less than a second, otherwise you miss out. To grab a request you must do nothing (possibly all day), stare at your phone, and be ready to type an ETA and cross your fingers that you beat other drivers playing the game of speed.
It's really very helpful for working parents, no need to worry for transportation of their children,they always maintain timing and security,even we can check the status using map.I'm very satisfied and also recommend them.

As a driver if you expect detailed instructions on where to pick up a child from a certain school and etc. then they will not assign you any trips. I find this crazy because if you're going to be responsible for a little precious human being from point A to point B it is only practical that you have PRECISE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS for the pick up of a child or drop off of a child. It is not safe!!! I have adopted and do foster care, I would not recommend this service for any child.

This is the worst GPS I've ever experienced!!! Zum you need to Chuck it and adopt either Google maps or Waze, period!

Really, this is a good idea form the authority. Parents can easily use the app to get their children to school. Drivers also easily find out the pickup point.

Horrible app and company will send you out 15 miles for a trip keep in mind you get paid only when you pick up passenger scam of a company don't waste your time signing up

Honestly? It choose the wrong time to Update. Sort of an inconvenience. Just hope it's worth it. Still waiting on update to complete. Stay tuned for my feedback............No comment. Very dissatisfied
