Zurich LiveWell
The Zurich LiveWell app is only available to people who hold an eligible Zurich insurance policy and have opted in to be a member of the Zurich LiveWell program. Login details are provided directly to members by Zurich Australia Limited.
Important information about Google Fit integration:
Zurich LiveWell integrates with Google Fit. If you grant permission in the app, we will read your steps, calories and distance values from Google Fit. The app does not write any information to your Google Fit store. The app also integrates with other third party fitness devices, and if you grant access to those devices similar information will be retrieved.
Requires version 5.0 or later. For best user experience we recommend using a phone as this app has not been designed for a tablet.

Very flimsy. Crashes often and won't come back before a week... updating from Google fit is painful. Zurich support asked me to reinstall the app because there is a new version. I didn't see any difference. Same rubbish app.
At least once a week every week, I am missing on average 70 points. It often only gives me credit for about half the steps I take. I email customer service each time and it takes about a week for him to get back to me as he has to contact the specialist team. I am told that the points are credited back to me, but I have no way of checking as you can only see the last 10 entries (about 3 days worth). I have been told that they are looking into changing this
Constantly gets stuck on a white blank screen and can't go any further in the app, needs to be shut down. Haven't been able to do anything apart from register. Feels like a scam app.
I have installed the app in December 2021 and never manage to log in. It either crashes or requires to reset the password.
I have tired of having to reinstall the app after each update due to "xml file without style information" message. I will not be reinstalling.
Installed then immediately uninstalled as got the xml file error on login, as noted by another reviewer. Not sure why Zurich promoting this app when it doesn't work.
Too often does not load daily activity. Based on the comments and the rating of this app, I'm wondering why improvements haven't been made yet.
Great initiative to encourage fitness, however the app itself has errors way too often
This is lousy app. The amount of password reset I am required to do is a joke..keeping locking me out for no reason.
Stopped working. Won't sync activity data.

Looks like a garbage app. Synced with my Garmin 1st day or two then just stopped. Tried all troubleshooting and even reinstalling the app. Cant help but think that if lack of activity resulted in higher premiums Zurich would be all over the app to make sure the sync was rock solid..
