1. Login didn't work for 3 weeks 2. Incedent registered 2 weeks ago, no way to understand it's status Not recommended to use if you are looking for modern digital service.

Next to useless and that's when it works at all.
They tricked me to make a new insurance when I bought a new kickscooter and when I sold the old one, they did not wanted to release me of the old insurance contract citing that it's a 12 months contract. They basically extort me of money for the next 12 months. Very evil company, I do not recommend. If they do this kind of things, then when you have a problem, they will do everything possible to do not pay you... Very evil...
