Worked for only 1-2 minutes then the incoming video (recipent/person receiving phone call) turned black while my outgoing video stayed on. Couldn't hang up. Not useable! Need major UI haul. As of 9/7/2016, after the unanswered call attempt, I was called back and I tried to accept call and it did nothing, but completely froze my phone, I had to do the hard reboot by force. Horrible app!!!
Plan call activation on but there won't answer my call , I keep call them no answer they hang up me , I decided uninstall sucked apps z5vrs
I tried activating my account with the Z5 app and the call keeps dropping after about 2 minutes. Then, I had to kill the app and restart it which is a waste of time.
I have never had any problem with this ZVRS app, it works smoothly eventhough when I'm making calls, I got interpreter right away, The interpreter are very I mean VERY sweet and understanding when I'm going thru hard or rough time with someone on phone and supports me all the time even if I don't know the interpreter well, it AMAZING!

For some reason It won't activate my number, it just says dial tone and then says call can't be completed. Ugh was hoping to find a VP app so I can actually understand people.
I couldn't call even when I am using WiFi or LTE connection.
Used to work fine but now on all my devices, z5 won't stay connected and in some cases won't even open (my ipad) please fix, I need this for my job, I get frequent calls and I can't miss them
Can't connect. Kept saying can't find server or dailtone
Sony Xperia Z3v phone. 4.4.4 always broken and never fixed. I am more than tempted to switch to a competitor just because they do it better than you.

One year anniversary today since they last updated this app. No communication or update about the app. Nothing. Obviously they favor in Apple over Android. That's not how you run a business. Because of ZVRS app non-functioning, I began using Sorenson for mobile VP/VRS calls. Lost VRS revenue for ZVRS, I guess.
Seems to work somewhat ok on my Nexus 7 but using 80% of battery according to battery stats. This is even when I don't use it for a few days. Also causes my tablet to run real sluggish. I'd be much happier if I can not have app running in background. I use this mainly to make VP calls not receive so no need for constant running.
When opening the app and before making a call, video looks fine, but when I make a call and then connecting, my video is upside down while the other side looks normal and it shows the same on the other side. If I rotate my phone upside down, I still look upside down. Unable to present myself normally so uninstalling and hope ZVRS will update this soon.
