App not functioning/ opening up at all and screen goes black. Unable to use the it.
Literally no instructions on the app on how to get a rental e bike. There is a 5 second ad video in the how to section.

The app service is completely pathetic. Doesn't get locked by mobile app and also I got my scooty next the day the day I made payment for it, as the server was not working. While ending the ride still same problem server is not working, and now it is charging me penalty for late End Ride on app. Their team response is very poor. Doesn't resolve the issue yet.
I recently pay for helmet through online pay my amount deducted and cus care not picking up my call... Cus care is pathtic..... Don't buy anything online..... From their app.....
Flopp app and Flopp services!!! 1. Too High rentals - Starting from 140/- but that is for min. 45 days + GST = 165/-per day. Better to purchase a new one @ Emi 2. No Realtime assistance Means 0 C-SAT 3. Managers and staff are illiterate, forward your no. to recovery staff without checking the plan enrolled status 4. No settlement of refund amount, my refund is waiting from last 4 days. 5. Employees at Service Hub are also culprit. Totally messed service. Wish very soon they will rampdown!!!
I could not find any scooter in Bangalore and app showing nearby station but when i go to pickup the scooter ther not have any scooter and not have any stations when i call customer care not anyone answering i am very disappointed
Have not been able to move past password set for a month now. Unable to enter the account due to this step.

Very disappointed totally lul service app is not working and without app Scooter is not going to start I face this problem at the middle of my journey when I am 7 km away from my house the scooter is off (that's my mistake I ignored the review) if you ignore the review you have to face the problem they are not even providing zypp scooter key (work on your app for your own convenient), why you traveling the customers (if you don't want to face this problem pleas 🙏🙏don't take zypp scooter)
The initiative is good but app is not up to level. As I took first ride but didn't find and input box to enter first ride coupon code. Then I thought it would automatically take this but no, the amount was deducted from Wallet.. and there is no place where you can actually complain or ask about it.. so bit disappointed!
I think the initiative is very good but the team has still a lot to do. A problem I faced which I want to report. Firstly there is no option in the app where we can report the issues with a ride. It would be good if they provide a option to report on the same place of the ride's details. Secondly, I unlocked a scooter and later I found that the accelerator of the scooter is broken so it doesn't moves from it position. Now the only option I had was to end the ride, sadly the app also charged me.
Worst app, app is not responding and there is no customer support.
Very Bad Performance this Apps
All over app is good but your cycle should be updated little bit. App must have map direction feature in app. It's hard to switch between two app like Google map and your app while searching for parking range. It would be easier if you guys have direction feature in your app.
It was very nice experience with sunny dhawan's hub....nice rental service from zypp...although I suggest to low down on pricing
The app works fine most of the time, although the UI is an eyesore. The cycles are most of the time in bad condition, breakdowns happen and cause inconvenience. No Preventive maintenance is taken to keep the cycle in decent shape. The concept is really great, and pricing is extremely reasonable. The customer service is active only untill 7 pm sadly. Have used similar services in other countries few years ago and it has been wonderful, it's sad to see how the cycles have been vandalised and poorly maintained. Thus ended up buying a cycle for myself.
The idea is good, but not the service. I faced issues many times: They had mentioned parking space in Iffko Chowk in app, but nothing was there, and I had to park it in next stop. Many cycles have horns missing and QR code damaged. Once, I unlocked the cycle and then it was not moving. Then the boy told there's no charge!! lost my money. Once I took cycle and while trying to return at IFFKO chowk, no one was there.Nobody picks up upon trying to contact the number mentioned in the app
I like their concept and it's very easy for commute from office to metro and affordable. Now i don't need to bargaining with autowalas. Good step for environment and for people who stuck in traffic. My one suggestion for you to please work on app so that it shows the correct battery points sometimes it's shows 70% but it stops in between the ride. Hope you will work on it. Thanks mobycy. :)
When you do scan vehicle. After start vehichle if you found any type of vehicle damage issue for example: battry issue, Brak issue, light issue etc. There is no any option to cancel ride and change vechicle. Even if you call customer care then he tell me there is no any option to cancel ride or change vechicle. Even if you buy monthly plan your ride will be consider when you found damage vechicle and cancel ride. It means your daily ride will be counted.
it is an amazing way for one person to reach the destination for fixed of period of time , the best thing about mobycy is it is very cheap mode of travel on your own , one can easily afford it ... it works through electricity which gives it an impecible advantage to enviourment also , it is amazing thankyou
Worst worst worst. 1)Customer care executive did'nt response, 2) Parking issues especially when you are inside parking zone, 3) Better to use uber or any other mode of transportation due to its speed limit, coz its dangerous to ride on highways when all other vehicles are in high speed 4)Battery issues, when battery shows 60% means it 0% charged. 5) Amount will be deducted if you confirm ride either its battery is 0% or 100% charged. Need development in concept.
Froud not recieved security amount yet. Totaly froud. If you not give my security amount I will file a case against you in court.
Very Bad experience . very poor service, bikes were not clean and had to park in the parking area which was very limited . They were also taking parking charge which was very high and parking was very far from my home. I am recommending not to use this app.

Make simple UI.app is not focused on one thing.. it's trying to achieve multiple thing at same time... Like if you want to invest, rent or buy and etc....work for zypp... This all are different use cases ...this things need it's own app... I only want to get a ride..but it keep pop up... Get work with us..!!!!
I use Mobycy every day. I liked it but yesterday while riding my dike got switched off and I had to wait for more than half an hour to get the assistance. Hence, I charged for the time I waited there. I would like to request you to please process a refund for the amount charged during the period I waited there for your assistance. Thank you.
Very bad service and help center.. I am borrow e bike for rent with 7 day plan 1250 and security amount 2000 =3250 I am return e bike 2nd day because speed is very slow and I don't use this and my all money not returned as well as security amount not back deducted by maintenance of bike just one day
