Only for pictures and videos. No option for file upload. Unbelievable! Looks very much like a toy. Regret buying their NAS.
Do not every buy this product. This app has not been updated for years. I am struggling to get it paired with my NAS. The Zyxel support forum it full of users, nobody from Zyxel is answering them, and the online support ticket has the send button disabled. Zyxel NAS is a waste of time for home user, please look elsewhere.
Permanent hangs on getting folder contents lists. Probably due to utf8 characters... Is there any updates or replacement available in 2022?
Somehow worse than your zCloud app. Constantly tells me something's wrong when accessing folders. Ends up not loading and gives me an error message.
An old app. It hasn't had an update since 2017. Android has had numerous versions, but here, apparently, ZyXEL has little interest in the development of the app.
I give all permission to this app but it stops uploading on background. How it is possible to upload instantly if it does not work on background ?
This app needs to be updated. Doesn't work when being used outside my home network.

Can connect and all i see are empty folders and connection error 114. Horrible app and i see many people having the issue here, still no solution. My recommendation is to buy Synology or Qnap. A bit expensive but at least they work.
I don't get it. I thought this app promised to connect to my NAS through the mobile network. All it seems to offer is a cloud account (which I don't want) and options to upload and download to/from the cloud. Not what I expected. Oon iris, z cloud does not seem to offer the ability to connect to my NAS through the mobile network. Only wifi.
Quite simply does not work. As with many networking devices you need a degree to understand the instructions. No help from help files when it doesn't work. Cannot locate NAS and doesn't recognise Mac address and serial no.
Works only after install (of Zyxel Drive), but if you make any changes to the files or folders on the NAS (326) you only get errors reading the drive. This app is useless.
Junk, just like the 542nas I just bought. I will return the NAS AND BUY SYNOLOGY!
I'm getting "Connection Error. (205)" error message once i'm trying to open any folder. I'm using zyxel nas520 model with V5.21(AASZ.0) firmware version. Application is connecting to my nas but when i'm trying to open any folder i'm getting the above error message. Thanks, Dani

Hello ZyXel, this app is not working. I install myzyxelcloud-Agent on my NAS, i make the pairing setup, i make the port fw. I install this app but didn't see any NAS. Any ideas?
NAS still available on the martket, but it looks zyxel policy is to support ONLY newest products. Shame.
There should be more possibilities in this app. For example I would like to set a specific folder where the "instant upload" feature would upload, and also to choose or set some rules what I want to upload, as well to run the app in the background. Thanks.
