It was difficult to figure out what the app wanted in order to go to the next level. My first attempt to get to the menu only half of the menu appeared. It took me three attempts to check out. The selection of the options for each menu item was confusing...what came with the item, I selected the same things as options & was being charged extra which isn't right. I don't think I'll be ordering from Zzeeks again.
This restaurant is great, however I have noticed that more than one app (websites too) from this developer are extremely slow and buggy. This makes them extremely frustrating to use on a basic level. I love the restaurants that use this app, but the issues make me want to skip using the apps and just call the restaurants even if I have to wait on hold instead. Unfortunately the restaurants also use hungerrush for their online menus so it's tough to avoid dealing with this bugfest.
Easy to order. I thought some screens were a little bit ambiguous in some fields where it comes to what to enter. Overall, a good experience
The app runs great! The only thing I reccomend is showing the prices of the add ons before checkout and when you order 20 wings you should be able to split the sauces without the extra charge. One Love
Maybe it's my phone but at the end of every page the keyboard was in the way to tap next or submit so I got stuck and had to redo it a couple times. But Zzeeks is a good place.
App was confusing, but I LOVE their pizza. The more items the better. It lists all the item that are on a Grand slam, then it wants to know what u want??? What ever it comes with (Grand slam). Confusing for sure.
The app crashes if you autofill a field like email address, and at one point the app lost all of my order and I had to start all over because the app was idle for just a little while
App sucks. impossible to navigate to simply place an order. Plus, claims Google mapping can't find my address less than two miles from the store.
Excellent quality and love the low carb options. Would be nice if the app would save a credit card so u dont have to enter it every time
Pretty intuitive app, you can even split The pizza in half with different toppings. Hand at the end you can even split the payment.
The app is OK. A bit buggy and I've had to restart orders quite a few times. But this pizza place is great and they have eegees so.....
Really easy to use! The keto options don't have images though, but I'm sure they'll add that soon!
It wouldn't work with Last pass,. The developer should look at Door dash. The app remains clunky.

Easy to use and find things off the menu. The type could be a bit bigger.
Orders always fail twice before they go through, yet they still try to charge you for the failed orders.

Lots of options, but buggy. I like how much you can customize your order. Firstly, I filled out an order on their website, only to be taken to this app when I tried to checkout and even though I had created the order under my profile I had to start from scratch. The ordering aspect of the app was great. When I tried to finish, I clicked on credit card, but changed my mind to cash and then I couldn't hit submit. Tried to put in card info instead, and still couldn't submit.
