Almond is the first app that empowers anyone to become carbon balanced by helping them to 'Buy Better, Act Better and Offset the Rest'.
Our mission is to help you reach Net-Zero carbon emissions in just a few years with as little difficulty as possible.
Simply take our 2 minute carbon footprint quiz, link your bank cards and start earning offset rewards every time you shop with our responsible brand partners.
These rewards - called Almond Offset Coins - are used to fund nature based offsetting solutions which include tree planting and rainforest preservation projects critical to removing carbon from our atmosphere.
They are carried out by our trusted partners Eden Reforestation Projects and Rainforest Trust UK.
1 Offset Coin = 1 tree planted + 100 sq/m of rainforest protected.
A badge on the profile of the participating brands in our ethical directory will tell you how much you need to spend to unlock an Offset Coin. Typically £10 spent gets you 1 Offset Coin (1 tree planted + 100 sq/m protected).
You can track the progress of your Forest as it grows on the Offset section of the app and see your carbon footprint reduce over time.

Our directory will show you best-in-class brands working to improve key environmental and social issues.

We have created 16 ‘Impact Badges’ representing the most requested environmental and social issues. We don’t just highlight our partner brands but showcase all best-in-class brands we are aware of.
