Aspect Workforce Management Mobile provides immediate access for agents and supervisors to Aspect Workforce Management directly from a tablet or smart phone device. Empower agents to self-manage schedules remotely, and provide supervisors with the tools to track schedules, agent requests, as well as intra-day performance statics "on the go".

Agent Functionality:
- View individual agent schedule data
- View existing and add new Workforce Management Exception Requests
- View personal account balance data
- View agent productivity statics
- Ability to receive push notifications on Workforce Management events

Supervisor Functionality:
- View individual agent schedule data
- View team schedule data
- View existing and add new Workforce Management Exception Requests
- View intra-day performance statistics
- Send notifications to an individual agent or an entire team of agents
- Ability to receive push notifications on Workforce Management Events

The Enterprise Edition includes the ability to receive and immediately take action on critical notifications from Aspect EQ Inform. These notifications include Overtime, Voluntary Time Off and Broadcast notifications.
