We have now released the latest version of our 24/7 mobile banking experience with great new features available.

Things you should know:
• Internet connection is required to download and use bcu Connect. Normal data charges and call to use charges apply when you check information online, call us or download data used by bcu Connect. Information is current at time of download and is subject to change.
• There are no additional charges for accessing your bcu accounts using your mobile; however your usual account and Internet Banking fees and charges still apply.
• We collect anonymous information on how you utilise the application to perform statistical analysis of aggregate user behaviour. We do not collect personal information about you. By installing this app you are giving your consent.

Some things to remember about security:
• As per Internet Banking, keep your PIN or pattern secret and do not write it down or store it with your device.
• If your Internet Banking password, mobile device, or app PIN or pattern are lost or stolen then contact bcu immediately.
• Always log out when you have finished using the app.
