Your encrypt password will never stored on your device or upload to iCloud. It just temporary exists in memory to decrypt data after you enter them.Without the password there is no way to decrypt your data.So when you set or reset the password you may should always provide some appropriate password hint.The password hint will be backup and uploaded to iCloud.
