To use this app, you must be enrolled in coverage from Cigna’s Health Benefits unit (formerly known as Vanbreda International), serviced by the Antwerp, Miami or Kuala Lumpur offices.

• Download or send an electronic version of your membership card for you or a family member
• Consult past claims or track the status of your pending claims
