Easy Jira supports JIRA Cloud and self-hosted JIRA 6.1 and higher. JIRA Service Desk™ is not yet supported, drop me a note if you want it implemented.
The app is designed to survive workflow customizations and server tweaks. But it is hard to test all possible variations, so please report if you have any issues with your JIRA settings directly from the app by pressing the Home+Power buttons.
Our development is user-driven. Any comments, suggestions or complaints you leave will be taken into account and could have a great impact on future versions.
* Agile functionality is available in JIRA 7.0 and higher. Sprints and Backlog are only available for Scrum boards.
