Gazelle Connected

The Gazelle Connected app keeps you connected to your Gazelle Connect bicycle. Regardless of your location or your bicycle's location, this advanced module integrated with your bicycle remains connected with the app at all times.

Does the app work with your bicycle?

The following bicycles are equipped with the Gazelle Connect connectivity. You will recognize them by the "GPS Protected" sticker on the frame.
- Grenoble C7+ HMB Connect
- Grenoble C8+ HMB Connect
- Orange C8 HMB Connect

All bicycle data at a glance

Your iPhone or iPad displays your battery’s charge status and how far you can cycle with it – for each level of assistance. What’s more, it shows you how long it will take to fully charge your battery and the total distance you have cycled.

Smart protection for your bicycle

Protect your bicycle against theft just by using your iPhone or iPad. If a thief does manage to get away with your bicycle, you will receive an alert.

Find your bicycle easily

Do you just want to see where your bicycle is? Your bicycle’s location will be shown on a map, making it easy to find your bicycle again.

Report theft easily

Has your bicycle been stolen? You can report the theft easily using the app. The tracking team will then start a search for your bicycle. Together with the insurer, we will then keep you updated.
