It’s practically banking at your finger tips:
1. Balance information on all your accounts with CIMB Niaga.
2. View up to 10 last transactions of your savings and credit card account
3. Bill payments: credit cards (issued by Indonesian banks), personal loan, insurance, phone bills, etc
4. Mobile airtime reload
5. Rekening Ponsel transactions & purchases
6. Money transfers: any bank accounts in Indonesia & overseas, Rekening Ponsel (mobile wallet) in real time or by clearing and RTGS.
7. Account maintenance: favourite payment & transfer list, PIN change, set default account
8. Find nearest ATM and CIMB Niaga branch locations
To start using Go Mobile, you must have a CIMB Niaga savings account. Simply click ‘Register’ button within the application from the mobile number you’ve previously registered to the Bank. Or visit nearest CIMB Niaga ATM to change registered mobile number.
Important note:
1. ONLY register your OWN mobile number to use Go Mobile.
2. ALWAYS keep your PIN confidential. It is a secure code to authorize your financial transactions. Go Mobile will not ask for your PIN for any other reasons.
3. You will be required to key in your ATM card number during Go Mobile registration for verification purpose only.
4. Change your mobile phone number login to a user ID login; 6-8 characters, alphanumeric (letters & numbers) combination, eg. H4nn4h
5. In every login attempt, a 4-digit SMS passcode will be sent to you.
When you don’t have access to data plan, you can dial *141*8# to access Go Mobile.
