Use ID-Pal to upload your identity documents and information in less than 5 minutes and in just 3 easy steps. The ID-Pal App is the simple, secure and convenient way to submit your identity documents and information when verifying your identity with one of our partners.

International Anti Money Laundering rules require many businesses to carry out Customer Due Diligence or Know Your Customer procedures for new and existing clients. Our partners use the ID-Pal App in order to collect your identity documents and information and help verify your identity.

When directed to the ID-Pal App by one of our partners, once you have agreed to our standard terms and conditions, you should follow the simple onscreen process to upload your identity documents and information to our secure document server.

The ID-Pal App will clearly guide you through the easy 3 step process; (1) take a photo of yourself (selfie), your passport, driver's license or national ID card and a recent utility bill, (2) enter some basic identity information (name, address etc), and finally (3) make a small test payment (€1, donated to charity) with a debit or credit card registered in your name to help verify your address.
