Why Invoiz?
Paper receipts build up in our wallets, get crumpled in our pockets, get trashed, float around in our houses or fade away in folders and boxes that are shelved and forgotten. They can harm your health and are an environmental nightmare. Do we really need them?
‘Invoiz' is A Paperless Initiative that eliminates the need for paper receipts.
E-Receipts (sent by our merchant partners) and Smart Receipts (created by manually capturing an image of the paper receipt on the ‘Invoiz’ App) are securely archived in your ‘Invoiz’ personal account on the cloud and can be viewed instantly and in real-time on the feature rich ‘Invoiz’ App.
This Universal App organizes your e-receipts & smart receipts and allows you to easily share and receive them from family and friends. It also tracks your expenses and notifies you on the latest deals from your favourite brands. Green points are earned on e-receipts & smart receipts and can be redeemed for amazing offers & discounts.
Characteristics Cloud Based Simplicity in Design Intuitive & Easy Navigation Personalised Experience Secure Family - Receipt Management Features Receipts E-receipts stored in your account on the secured ‘Invoiz’ cloud server can be viewed in real time through this feature. Smart receipts can be created by manually capturing an image of the paper receipt and filling in its basic information. The built-in filter allows you to trace your receipts by category and date. Receipts can be shared with Invoiz family & friends and can also be saved in customized folders in the Organiser & Safe feature.
Geo - Merchants
Built in geo-location allows you to view the merchants and their e-receipts as per location (Country and State). Additional information like amount, date and currency can be manually added to the merchant generated PDF receipts so that the same is reflected in the expense tracker. Your current location is automatically set as your default location however you can manually change it if required.
Organiser This feature allows you to organise your e-receipts & smart receipts in customized folders. Folder name, color and icon can be customized for a personal touch. Shared receipts are automatically stored in the shared folder. Safe This feature allows storage of your e-receipts & smart receipts in customized locked folders. A four-digit user assigned pin is required to unlock it. The folder customization option allows you to add a unique folder name, color and icon for a personalised experience.
Offers & Discounts Offers & discounts promoted by different merchants can be viewed and redeemed through this feature. The built-in filter allows you to search & view them based on the discounts available, category and offer validity. This feature is location specific. Green Points One green point is earned for every two e-receipts or smart receipts. A green point is represented by a green leaf on the tree. On reaching 500 green points, you are eligible to redeem a discount coupon sponsored by well known brands. This feature is location specific.
Expense Tracker This feature allows you to track and display your expenses in real time and in the currency of your choice. Every e-receipt and smart receipt is automatically added to the expense tracker, however shared e-receipts are not. The built-in filter can display your expenses by date.
Note: As per the GDPR, Article 6(1), Users only 13 years and older will be allowed to download and use the application.
