LCI Congress 2016

The 18th Annual LCI Congress is the industry's #1 must-attend event. Congress' purpose is to bring the Lean Design & Construction community together for education, networking and thought leadership discussion and training. This year, we'll be gathering October 5-6 in Boston, Maine. In addition to the two primary days, Congress will also provide three PREMIUM DAYS of deep dive education and training.

Monday, October 3rd and Tuesday, October 4th – Will offer twenty-four training courses. LCI has a tradition of finishing the Congress with a trip to "gemba" - the place of the real work. On Friday, October 7th, attendees will have their choice of five gemba walks.

The attendees will have an opportunity to hear several guest keynote speakers:
