My Family Health Record

My Family Health Record (myFHR™) makes it easy to keep track of your medical records and to stay up to date on the records of your family members. Use myFHR to consolidate your entire family’s medical information from multiple hospital and clinical portals, as well as data from connected Apple Health devices.

When you download the myFHR app and use it to import your Apple Health Records, you will be able to:

• Easily navigate your medical record
• Stay up to date on important medical events for your whole family - such as emergency room visits, out of range lab results, and blood pressure readings from Apple Health enabled devices
• Come prepared to your next visit to the doctor’s office or hospital, by keeping all of your important medical records in one place
• View differences in your medical records between your doctors and hospitals, avoiding medical errors by making sure your medical providers have the same medications, allergies, and other critical information
• Share your record with others who take care of you, or gain access to the records of loved ones who choose to share their record with you
